Dined by myself for lunch! I just got the beef carpaccio, a side of pita bread and a grand mimosa. All was delicious! The mimosa left a lot to be desired but the beef carpaccio made up for it!
Here for lunch on a Friday, the service is a little slow, but the people watching is perfect!

It was a total scam. Poor service, low quality meat, and of course very expensive ($ 40 for a chunk of meat). Dont go

It wasn’t as bad of a tourist trap as I thought it was going to be. The food was actually good. Great tapas style and we ordered at least 6 things and were full by the time we finished.
We just stopped in while shopping. highly recommend the happy hour. It had good calamari and mussels.

Excellent service, great food, not cheap but worth the price.
The meat is the best, good wines not too expensive.

Pros: location, chicken skewer was very good.
Cons: all other dishes were mediocre (not awful), service inconsistent.
I love tapas so was thrilled when I saw the menu. Alas, with one exception food was mediocre. But $ 90 for 5 mediocre tapas and no drinks? A poor value.

Unilocalers never lead you astray. We grabbed a table and then I checked the Unilocal reviews. This place is a solid 3 stars. The food was good. Service was slow. our server was extremely nice but he was slow. The drinks are below meh and definitely over priced for the quality. I bought the Unilocal deal and made the best of it. Not the best experience but hey… I’m in Miami and not freezing back at home.

I’m visiting from out of town and I must tell you that I am very impressed with this establishment. Breakfast is amazing!!! My waiter Jose was very respectful and very personable too. Ask for him when you come here. I can’t speak for others but my experience is great and so recommend coming here. Reasonably priced and I will always come back here when I visit again.

Dea really made the experience 5 star. Her energy and genuine interest in her guest experience is awesome. She is very attentive and hands on. She was constantly moving, checking on guests and assisting her team. The food was delicious, hot and fresh. They offer a great Caesar salad and the mussels dish is a must try!!! Willy and Sandy have always provided great service as well.

I stopped in with my family because it was noon, and they were advertising lunch specials on a giant board next to the front door. The hostess out front told us to come in and try their lunch specials… We did. The waiter said they didn’t offer any specials… And I said what about the giant board right there? He told me he didn’t know anything about that, and refused to give us a lunch special menu… So we started ordering what was on the board, but all of a sudden, he didn’t understand what a pizza was, or what a chicken sandwich was… We FINALLY got our order in, and then he walked over to another employee and started pointing and laughing at our table! So we got up and left. By far the rudest employee I’ve ever dealt with! Why are you advertising specials if you won’t let me order them??? It makes no sense!!!

Wonderful service and delicious food. Jose and the manager Mariana was an absolutely pleasure and extremely helpful. A definite go to when visiting Miami. They give you a warm Miami welcome and as previously stated the food and beverages are so good. We had a bottle of the rosè and a bunch of the tapas during happy hour! I suggest this place absolutely if your in the area!

I went for breakfast, they have an special of $ 4.95, beverages are not included. I requested that and a green tea. Food was average, green tea bigelow, asked for the check and it was $ 12.57 +tip…After requesting an explanation of the charges, the waiter got nervous and «made me a discount» total bill $ 10.42 tax included and he wanted to give me $ 2 cash back… WTF !!! I did not accept the $ 2, end up payment $ 12.57 but I felt robbed by this restaurant. I will keep going to Books & Books, they do not steal from customers.

This place is really good. I had the skirt steak and it was one of the best I have ever had. Very tender and so flavorful (wish I could make a steak even close to that ay home)! Fresh guac is delicious and worth every penny. She had gnocchi and it was just like being back in Argentina! Service could have been a touch better but still ok

Excellent brunch spot in Miami Beach!
Out on Miami Beach in the Lincoln Road Mall, we could not find a better place to enjoy a nice breakfast while enjoying the view. While the drinks were fresh and the food was delicious, the wait staff were incredibly friendly and had a lot of things to share with us. He took time to speak to us about his experiences in Miami and realized we had a lot to take in. I can recommend this restaurant to sit and relax over some good breakfast or brunch!

BEST Mussels in the 305! Andreas treated us like royalty! Love this place. :) A must for locals and visitors.

Loving Tapas I was very pleased @ Maya with our server Flora. Everything tasted delicious and the guacamole was Mojitos were magnificent.

Chilled gazpacho soup — was delicious & refreshing, mussels was fresh, juicy & excellent broth & beef carpaccio — was just right ! Service was fast & good !

Our server Andres was just great, polite, fast, and more then happy to answer all of our questions.
Host was amazing!
Food was nice too, we did not order much because we were not that hungry, but it was delicious.
I dont agree with some other coments saying that the service is bad… Best service in Miami so far, in a place were good customer service rarely exists… 5*

Muy buen lugar. Súper bien atendido. Muy atentos. Pedí un ceviche y la verdad es que estaba muy rico y fresco. Lástima que es mi último día de visita por Miami porque si no volvería.

If you’re going to do any sort of shopping up and down Lincoln and you need a spot to get a good selection of food at a fair price, stop in to Maya. My group was looking for a spot that had options and we found it here.
I was really in the mood for some sort of Spanish/​Mexican cuisine, so I ordered the beef empanadas and the chorizo appetizers. Together as a meal, the two choices were very filling and reasonably priced.
I can’t give any spot in Miami 5 stars because of the lack of urgency and awareness. Our server was awesome and I was impressed that they were happy to honor their Unilocal offer of a free cocktail with purchase of an appetizer. It was a mojito and it was delicious!

Cene 3 veces, y todos platos diferentes!

Como que me parece muy injusto que tenga tan bajo puntaje. No puedo explicar con palabras lo rico que fue comer en éste lugar.
En principio tenés tanta opciones culinarias en la Lincon Road, que llega un punto que te da lo mismo ir a cualquier local con tal de sentarte y comer!
Yo sugiero que se tomen su tiempo y si tienen el agrado de probar la comida de Maya no se van a arrepentir.
Es caro, no vas a gastar menos de u$s50. Ahora bien, lo vale.
Tiene varias opciones de cervezas, hasta Quilmes! Una lástima que cuando fui no tenían más pero el mozo me pidió disculpas por no haberlo notado y me ofreció otras opciones. Mi novio pidió un agua mineral y le trajeron una de 1 litro. No sé si se acostumbra servir con una botella grande para una sola persona, pero en éste caso sabíamos que la íbamos a consumir hasta que no quede nada.
Yo pedí risotto 3 quesos con cebollitas fritas arriba y fueron un espectáculo. Creo que costaba alrededor de u$s25. Podés pedir la opción del risotto de Mar.
No tiene mesas adentro, hay para sentarte afuera pero si lo hacés de día no te preocupes que tienen unas media sombra que te cubren.
Te sugieren la propina a partir del 15%.
Prueben y después me cuentan.

Had to return. After walking around. Other menus just was not jumping out at me. So of course I went for my lemonade with mint leaves. And it was made superbly. And for the record. They are not free refills. But for 3 dollars a glass. 3 glasses 8 work the cost.
I ordered the Tropical Salad with shrimp and chicken. The shrimp and chicken was made to perfection. Best I have had to enjoy. This would be my must have place if lived here.
If you get to Miami I recommend you try this establishment. You will not be disappointed
