Imobilia of South Beach was started in 2007 but the mind behind the scenes (Mario Rodriguez: CPA, Broker & CEO of Imobilia) has been in realestate since 1997, originally selling HUD homes from his own home/​office in Miami Lakes and shortly thereafter moving on to investing on his own terms. Now he is the proud owner of a burgeoning business localized in South Beach, Florida.
