Awesome!!! Food is very delicious at a good price. Service was right on par. We are from out of town and loved the atmosphere. When we come back to Miami beach we will for sure eat here again. (Had chicken George – the brandy cream sauce was to die for, and pizza which was equally delicious).

For every block you travel North of South Beach in Miami Beach, you’ll observe the following phenomenon: there’s less and less European tourists, more and more snow birds, a lot less foot traffic, less frill and glamour (Fountainbleau being the exception to that), and more mom & pop shops and restaurants. And: prices drop significantly. George’s Kitchen illustrates all of the above in perfect unison: a no-​frills diner with reasonable prices (mixed grill to feed 2 hungry adults? $ 10! Baked Salmon? $ 9! Empanadas for a quick snack? $ 1.50 each!). Is it worthy travelling out of SoBe? Maybe not, but your wallet and full belly won’t regret it.
