Forever 21

Huge location!!! The store is clean, organized, and beautiful with easy access to most everything and a layout that makes sense. With three levels, it is one of the largest Forever 21’s I’ve been to. If you’re walking Lincoln Mall Road, this place is definitely worth a visit!

Beautiful store. Very clean for Forever 21. I went for the plus size clothing and the had a good selection.

I bought some stuff Friday evening and when I came home realized that one of the dresses was damage! So I when to exchange it today and return something else because it didn’t work for me! Also some jewelry because it turned with with in 20 min of having them on! When they took are if me the girl was super nice but the manager was a bitch also gave me less money from what I paid for!!! Not good to leave with the feeling of getting ripped off!

I walked out when I asked a sales associate «do you have any white skirts» and her reply was «I wouldn’t know.» Then why are you here?

When I was in Miami last month, I decided to go shopping before I left. This Forever 21 was amazing and HUGE! And there were so many clothing items that we don’t have here in the Bay Area! I’m assuming they cater to the demographics in Miami. Needless to say, I went on a little shopping spree before I left. It was awesome.

This place sucks! I went in here to find a few things for my fiancé. The store layout is terrible with some of the same items lined up in different areas. There are some cool finds but the overall experience here was not good. The cashier obviously didn’t want to be at work, had an attitude and forgot to ring one of my items up.

Top découverte à Miami Beach! Sur Lincoln Road, la boutique est bien agencée, pas trop grande comparée à celle du Dolphin Mall !
Il y en a pour tous les goûts, pour tous le styles, et ce n’est vraiment pas cher ! Du petit débardeur tout simple à 1 dollar, au jean à 10 dollars… il y a de quoi faire des affaires ! Il y a même des vêtements de fitness très bien, des sous vêtements et maillots de bain, des accessoires, bougies, et autres petits trucs girly :)
Il y a aussi une collection homme, pas de panique les garçons !
C’est le bon plan fringues cool et cheap ! Allez y faire un tour il y aura certainement quelque chose qui vous plaira !

Every time I go I find something new ! Also really good prices ! But it’s hard to find my size in shoes ! Some nice shoes but never in my size ! :(

This review is about the customer service I received. I wanted to try on some clothes and after noticing that the 1^st floor dressing room was closed I head to the 2^nd floor… Where there is a line … The attendant there states that the 1^st floor dressing room is now open, seeing as I had just been there I ask the attendant and she assures me it is open because she just called and had them open it due to the long line… ok so I head back down and as I am walking up a white women enters the dressing room to try on clothes when I step up to try on my things this THING (basic ass bitch who if I knew her name would call her out) that was working there says it’s closed and I have to go to the 2^nd floor, really?! After u let someone else go u are telling me it’s close, so I say to this THING that the attendant upstairs said to come down and THING was like no! Ok fine I was done threw the clothes down so the THING could do something other than standing around doing nothing… not about to spend my money in a place like this!!! Shitty ass customer service!!!

I just counted 26 people in line and two people at the registers. Come on, get your crap together.

Small forever21+ section on Level 2. It’s a 3 level shop. I tried on but nothing stood out. For regular sizes there are many selections. They also carry kids and men here so it’s well rounded. The kids section has cute things. I found this store strolling along Lincoln on vacation.

This F21 is on lincoln road and is three stories tall. I was surprised at how organized it was! I didn’t really shop here (my little sister was) but while I was helping her shop I not only noticed how organized it was but the large amount of choices compared to the F21 I am use to in my small college town. It had a mens section, kids, accessories department, and fitness clothing department, etc. Massive. I have to say this is probably one of the best F21 I have ever been to but only downfall is they don’t open more cashiers that they have on every floor and only use the one of the first floor which creates a long long line and wait.

I had high hopes for this store due to its location. But plainly put it’s ok. Nothing too memorable. It’s small and does not have a lot if variety. They do not carry plus sizes which really upset me. I am not personally plus size but I do believe they should have it in this store.
This store is on the bottom of my list when it comes to Forever 21 locations. I still prefer the ones in Aventura and Dolphin malls more.

Wow! Yes… wow! H&m always been my fav but lately forever21 been kicking major butt! Not only in prices but in cool gear too! All major department stores in SoBe are always a waste of time for me! H&m macys Ross tj max express Victoria secret all of the south beach branches are mediocre and below but forever 21 here is a lifesaver! Not only offering cool cheap stuff but fast check out and easy and fast trying on options! I don’t know if it’s the best branch I’ve been to but compared to the rest we have here they are by far number 1!

Just okay. I’m not really overly impressed, though. And I haven’t yet figured out why there are so many Mickey Mouse-​printed items that AREN’T in the kids’ section. The store’s in a great location, and the prices are really reasonable, but I couldn’t exactly see shopping til I drop here.

The store itself is at a great location and offers a huge variety of merchandise. I have shopped at other locations, as well as this one, and have never had a horrible experience until yesterday. Not b/​c of the clothing, but b/​c of the staff, and customer service at this location.
What I thought was going to be a quick return turned out to be a 20 min ordeal arguing with one of the managers and one employee about their store policy which I believe Forever 21 HQ should be aware about.
I had bought 4 sunglasses one week ago, and decided to return two pairs (new and tags still attached). I am very familiar with Forever 21’s no return policy as you can only get exchange or store credit, and that sale items and jewelry are final sales. I am also aware that you can still return accessories (including sunglasses, hats, scarves) for store credit.
My cashier, Javier, was going to proceed to give me store credit. However, one of the managers (a black woman), proceeded to tell him that sunglasses were «accessories» and were «final sale.» I disagreed stating that that was not on their store policy nor on the receipt. Javier agreed with me. The manager, as well as another employee, kept on stating that I could not return it. I asked them to point out exactly where on their store policy it stated that and they proceeded to say that it was written on the third line without even looking at the plaque that was right in front of them. I then gave the store policy plaque for them to look at, and even they could not find it. I was with a friend, whose sister had just returned a pair of sunglasses at Forever 21 in LA a week ago.
Well, apparently the manager still thought she was right, but she said she was going to go to the back to make sure. She then proceeded to have me wait while she was emptying coins into another cashier register. Clearly that was more important as that register was not even open. After some time, even Javier asked her if she was going to go to the back as she clearly was not interested in doing exactly that. When she finally left, I told the employee who had chimed in with the manager that they should call Forever 21 HQ to relearn their store policy, and he then retorted that I should call the HQ myself to learn it?!
The manager returned and of course I was right from the very beginning. She nor the other employee did not apologize for her mistake. On top of that, the cashier who rang my original receipt scanned the same sunglass pair 4x rather than each pair, which created another ordeal. Clearly, the manager is not doing her job very well, nor is she familiar with the store policy. I feel sorry for all customers who had to deal with her bs argument that accessories were final sale. On the other hand, Javier apologized multiple times, and I am very glad that people like Javier, who are more competent than their superiors, work there. Hopefully he gets promoted soon to replace his incompetent manager.

This store is huge three stories I have to say they did an amazing job ! I don’t really shop here because the clothes are made so cheaply but I went in to take a peek. For the prices you can’t find anything cheaper. Especially on Lincoln Rd where most non chain stores inflate their prices by 1000 for tourists.

Huge forever 3 floors! I am so happy they came to the beach. Huge store, seems to have a lot of inventory, i found people working there on the floor and i was able to ask for help.
You need 1 – 2 hours to look thru everything

Forever 21 is a hit or miss store. Meaning, one day you find tons of bargains and other days you may or may not find one good thing.
This was my first visit to Miami, and to this Forever 21.
The first thing I noticed was that it was extremely clean. Forever 21 stores can get a bit messy for bargain scavengers like me. The next thing I noticed was that this store had three levels. The last and most important thing I noticed was that this Forever 21 had some awesome deals.
Let me summarize by saying I bought two sweaters, two pairs of pants, various jewelry and a hat… all for under $ 40. Yep, that’s right.
Aaaaaaahhhhhhh… I love my life.

Holy (This store made my day) cow! Today I decided to go for cocktails on Lincoln Rd and as I’m walking I come upon this Forever 21. I totally went shopping… And missed happy hour lol The store is 3 levels, super clean and I found everything I wanted in my size, perfect! An employee said they just had the grand opening not too long ago. I’m so excited I don’t have to drive to Aventura for my Forever 21, H&M fix anymore woohoo
