DASH

A huge lack of inventory. I didn’t see one item over a size 5. Plus the clothing is extremely over priced. The boutique is considered upscale. However the staff are very inattentive. No one greets you upon arrival nor do they offer you any form of assistance. Several people came in but not one person purchased anything. I really believe that’s due to the staff. There is no form of hospitality at this location. I was interested in purchasing a pair of sun glasses but after standing at the case for 15 minutes and not being acknowledged at all by the staff I decided to leave.

The store has some nice things however the price is above the quality of the merchandise being sold. For example a washed out thin cotton T-​shirt with holes and the word genius across the front $ 60, get the heck out of here. Thick tube socks with illicit sayings on the bottom of the feet $ 15, this purchase only good for the winter time. It’s 90 degrees and humid in South Florida, not today. $ 260 bikini bottom only. Ok I pass.

DASH has a vast selection of items. I always experience excellent customer service here. There’s something for every price point. The swimsuit selection is top notch and there are sales from time to time.

Of course I had to stop by when we were here! It was on my to-​do list to put it lightly! The store was just as I had imagined (who am I kidding I saw it on the E network). Thought the clothes would be geared towards more women with curves as the Kardashians are but I loved the style of the apparel and the layout of the store.

The store has some cute items, but the store itself is very dirty. The floors have marks all over them and the fitting rooms are really dusty. Was pretty disappointed.

No matter how you feel about the Kardashian’s, you can’t deny these girl’s hustle and business savvy. While you are sitting down hating, they are cashing million dollar checks :) However, I really wanted to jump on the bandwagon with this brand, but no tea no shade, I was left just a little bit unfulfilled.
First off, I don’t know if this is something that occurs on a regular basis or what-​but there was a rude, smug security guard in the store. When I came in, he informed me that I had to throw away my drink. Okay, no problem. After I did that, I noticed that he was low key watching me while I shopped-​like I was going to steal or something. Honey, mama didn’t raise no thief. I would starve and do without before I feel the need to steal from somebody. Smh.
So I’m already getting a salty taste in my mouth from the security guard but to make matters worst, I couldn’t locate an associate to help me with my shopping experience. I noticed it was a lot of customers in the store but not that many employees. So they were understaffed when I came in.
The merchandise is a bit on the pricey side. You can easily just pick up 2 – 3 items and end up shelling out a few hundred bucks. So don’t come in here with a small budget. The clothing they sell is very trendy and sexy. Definitely fashion forward.
It’s a small store located off Collins and I think the interior décor is very chic and pretty with pictures of the Kardashian sisters on the wall.
Will I be back? Hopefully on a more slower day, I could probably get better service. Unfortunately I didn’t have a «Wow!» Experience. It was only serviceable. But I don’t see myself writing off this brand. So I guess I will try again soon.

This place was OK, and has been one of my wife’s goals to visit the Kardashian store. She had a good time trying on lots of clothes but I could not talk her into buying anything because it was so overpriced. She’s the type who would rather buy 30 pairs of cheap shoes instead of a $ 250 top but she will only wear three or four times in her life.
The store was not overwhelmingly cool or chic and fact the mayor and ceilings were dirty, the floor was a little dirty, and the staff was not very helpful. They definitely draw a crowd because of the name and publicity but it’s not a place where you would want to do your Sunday shopping LOL.
We were there for approximately 30 minutes and there must’ve been 100 people or more come in and out and I only seen one transaction I was for a five dollar keychain just so she could get the shopping bag I assume.

DASH — The Kardashian’s upscale women’s clothing store. This location although roomy, did not have a very large inventory on display for sale, and the sizes to choose from were also very limited. They had women’s clothing around the sides of the store on racks, and large tables consuming the center areas of the stores.
Prices would be considered very expensive for most shoppers, as a pair of short jeans were $ 135, and one average looking dress was $ 350. I think the only thing that makes this a popular store is the Kardashian name, otherwise I don’t think people would shop here.
I have been in other upscale and expensive boutiques in the same area, that had half the square footage and five times the inventory for sale. The 2 employees seemed to be doing their jobs okay and helping customers who needed it.
For the 30 minutes I sat there while a friend tried on a few outfits, I saw maybe 40 people walk in and out and maybe only 2 people actually buy something.
The outfits my friend tried on looked very nice on her, but I think you can get pretty close to the same look at a way less cost from other stores. I do like the comfy seats where most of the men sat, while the ladies shopped, haha.
Nothing extraordinary about this store. Overall 3 stars is being a bit generous, as the inventory is minimal, size selection is poor, and prices are extremely high.

Just went there and was extremely disappointed. The store stunk and some of the clothes looked dirty as if they had been tried on. There was fuzz all over the floors under the clothes and it was really unorganized. I bought a $ 20 compact there but wont be back or recommend it to anyone!

Clean location. I love the Kardashians but the workers here were not so friendly. I feel as if I would’ve bought way more things if there was a friendly staff. Not to happy with my visit here.

Great and courteous sales people. Will continue to do but in the future. Originally read post listed that the sales reps were terrible, not true.

Poor customer service. A group of friends and I decided to check out DASH on a rainy Saturday. The entire time we were there, the employees all stood by the cash register, not acknowledging our existence.

Touring Miami beach after a cruise and saw the Dash Store! Not only was I impressed with the prices but the 2 girls working Yoly and Semaj were 2 of the sweetest girls! They were so nice and helped me shop for my 13 year old picky daughter! Thank you Dash for hiring 2 sweet down to earth young woman!!!

Stopped in Dash to grab a few things for my daughter and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised how sweet the «Dash Dolls» were. Price point ranged $ 12 up. Something for every mom/​daughter. Thanks Dash for making my gift to my daughter special

I love KUWTK and was super excited to check out Dash. It’s a pretty normal little boutique. I spoke to one Dash Doll and she was kinda over being there. The other doll: Yolaimy was fabulous and kind. My Mom was super hot and thirsty and she offered her water. Seriously! She was a DOLL!

I had been to the store the previous two years and by far this third time my experience was much better. There was new staff who were more interactive with customers and very friendly. I was lucky to have been named a Dash Doll by one of them. The Kardashian sisters would be proud to know that their Miami store is in great hands. Can’t wait to come back and maybe run into Kim, Khloe, or Kourtney.

Price and quality don’t match I can get this at h&m or Macy’s. Absolutely no customer service. Not even a greeter the security guard was the only one who even nodded at us. The style of clothes look like stuff my mom would wear not impressed

We stopped by the DASH store (my very first time), I would be lying if I said I wasn’t hoping to see a Kardashian! Overall I didn’t end up buying anything as the items are kind of pricey however I did really like the layout of the store and the clothes were pretty great. I don’t remember her name, but it makes all the difference that the customer service regardless was phenomenal and she really went out of her way to make sure we got to see what we were looking for and kind enough to take a picture with us! Some employees are racist and will generalize you by your appearance. —- So I came into DASH today to get my little sister a keychain since she loves KUWTK. Keep in mind the keychain is $ 12.00. While waiting in line the Caucasian woman in front of me bought a lace dress for $ 300 + dollars on her American Express card, and doesn’t get asked for identification by the sales associate. I am coming from the beach and only have my debit card on me, and when I go to purchase I was told to return back to my hotel, grab my drivers license, and come back to buy the keychain. Pissed off, I walk 30 minutes back to my hotel get my ID and walk back. While waiting in line again, another Caucasian woman with her daughter purchases about $ 30.00 worth of merchandise and does not get carded. Long story short, when I asked the sales associate on the policy for carding customers, she said every person should be asked for their ID, but sometimes they «forget». She proceeded to say that if a purchase comes back and is void or unauthorized then the employee is responsible for the price of the merchandise. If that were the case, wouldn’t it make sense to card the woman buying the $ 300.00 dress, or even the $ 30.00 worth of merchandise? Hmm… But you will send someone back all the way to their hotel to use their debit card in order to buy a $ 12.00 key chain. She went on to say that she will review the policies with the employees and make a change, even though I’m not too sure on that either. I am perfectly fine with store policies, rules, etc. so long as they apply to every customer in the store, and not just the ones that «look» a certain way. Nice job DASH employees. Keep up the good work ;)
I’m sure not every employee in that store treats their customers that way, but some of them definitely need more customer service training.

My girlfriends and I were visiting Miami and wanted to check out this store. We don’t watch their show but we liked some of their styles and loved the boutique feel of store. Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn’t overly crowded which was nice. I looked around and saw some cute dresses. The price tag on them were around the $ 200-​$ 400 range, a bit high for my budget. I browsed through the store and nothing really caught my eye. I was able to find a chair to sit down and take some pictures while waiting for my friends to finish shopping. My friend found some cute shorts and some gorgeous jewelry that was unique and one of a kind, a green onyx gold-​plated ring and another small ring. My other friend found a cute long skirt and crop top but it didn’t fit her. It was only $ 60! I decided to try it on, and it fit perfectly so I ended up getting it. I’m giving it 5 stars because I found something I loved! Plus, the décor and employees were nice. There were quite some finds in here and I was pleasantly surprised I was able to find something to wear out that night in Miami.

Kim, Kourt & Khloe, I really expected more from you gals. I was super excited to check out your store while I was visiting Miami and it was a huge let down. There was barely a selection of clothes, it was small, it was not organized at all and it just wasn’t cool. Maybe I set myself too high of expectations but the store itself wasn’t even fun. There was nothing unique or special about it, it wasn’t even decorated nicely at all. It was just another over priced, wanna be high end boutique-​ish type of place that I normally would skip right over. It amazes me that they stay in business. Love the Karadashian’s style but their Miami store sucks big time. Also, the employees are ice cold, not the least bit friendly. I would have thought the Karadashian sisters would hire people that would represent them well. Fail. Womp womp.

We stopped by to pick up a water bottle for a friend who had asked for it. The security guard and girl that worked there were super friendly and helpful. Everything is pretty pricey but what do you expect it’s the Kardashian’s store. All in all friendly service and they’ll take a picture with you.

Because this is a very famous store EVERYONE and their mom goes inside. It’s really annoying when your in there and 15 year old are taking selfies and other people are coming in for tourist purposes. This is a store! If your not seriously shopping get out because your loud and obnoxious.
The riff raff that comes in here really makes it an unpleasant environment.
While I was in here there was a girl trying on a white strapless top that had the back and side portions extend all the way to the floor. It looked soo classy

So of course you’re in Miami and you gotta stop by Dash, right? Well as soon as I walked in the girls were in their own world, very cold and lost with their lives or something because I walked around the store and neither of them greeted us. UNTIL I picked up some items then they were interested. So sad how I could have dropped 500 on an outfit but they ruined my mood. I feel like the kardashians would of had more class. Please wear appropriate attire for working at this store, a flannel and jeans? Leave that for Kylie.

Since we were in Miami, I figured I would stop by and check out DASH. Maybe the show hypes it up, maybe others hype it up, or maybe my expectations were set too high, but I was just disappointed. I don’t know what I was looking for. More maybe… The store is so small and I felt like it didn’t mesh well. I felt like there were random things everywhere that had no rhyme or reason and a ton of branded items. Not that they shouldn’t have any, I just assumed It was more of a boutique clothing/​accessory store. They had those items, they were just overshadowed by the branded items. Everything was INSANELY expensive. The employees seemed very cold, for lack of better words. They were not very welcoming at all.
I ended up being caught in the tourist trap and buying a $ 4 DASH pencil. While I was checking out, the gentleman asked if I wanted a bottle of water on sale for $ 2 from $ 10 — 1) why is water discounted 2) why was it $ 10 in the first place?
Anyway, cool to see, but definitely not what I expected.

I’m quite a fan of the Kardashian clan so whilst in Miami I felt it necessary to visit Dash. After reading most reviews I have to agree with the fact that it quite pricey.
For example $ 150 for a pair of shorts, $ 200 for a nice top and even $ 60 for a plain t-​shirt with the Dash logo. I did however purchase a cute girly dash branded pen which was only $ 6 dollars so that was good enough for me.
I wasn’t greeted upon arrival to the shop as you are in most, I wasn’t acknowledge whilst roaming the shop and there was only 1 ‘dash doll’ present.
Oh well, I love my new pen! Lol

My 2 daughters n law & my self were in the Miami Beach store shopping… I purchased 2 cosmetic bags.
Upon returning to Texas I discovered that one had a broken zipper. I emailed the store and very promptly got a response from Kelli… I mailed the bag back and Kelli made sure my exchange was taken care of. She was so sweet in her emails. Such a pleasure to do business with her! Thanks Kelli!
