Hacen promoción por Unilocal (1 semana) y por Grindr (1 día) de pases libres. Pero es sólo para residentes locales. Es absurdo. La mayoría de la gente acá está de vacaciones, y más usando estas apps. Sería bueno al menos un día gratis, para conocer, y si te quedan varios días optar por una membresia semanal, pero no. Quieren cobrarte casi 40 dólares.

They don’t honor what they advertise. I’ve been there to try out the gym and the receptionist told me that I would have to prove that I live in the surrounding streets. He also offered me «gently» an one-​day pass for «mere» 38 dollars. What a scam! RIDICULOUS!

this gym is a piece of trash and disgusting they have no idea how to treat anyone who walks in and they just fired the best instructor on sobe!!! idiots they are complete idiots. the only thing good left they let go! do not go to this gym they rape you for a crap gym

Have been a member for years. Best value without all the hype associated with the other high end gyms in SoBe. Equipment is all there and generally always functioning. Especially like trainer Eve Karlin who is enthusiastic and works very hard to accommodate you even if you have to do a last minute cancellation.

We opted for Crunch over Equinox because it is for true fitness folks versus Equinox being over priced to ‘be seen’. Had 5 training sessions this week with Eve (me) and Colleen (my wife) and they were tremendous. Knowledgable, friendly, and put us through hellacious workouts. Facility has everything one needs and has a gym-​like aura. Clean. The folks there are working out hard versus Equinox, which is more stylish and less focused on true gym rats. We will go back to Crunch every year when we visit South Beach.

I worked out at this location for about eight months. They upgraded their cardio equipment a few months ago, which is nice. Doesn’t get as crowded as i expected it would on weeknights, which is a plus for me. Most people bring headphones to the gym, so its curious as to why they have a DJ on the floor on Tuesday nights. It totally drowns out the music playing on ones headphones and forces you to just listen to whatever the DJ is playing (wack). On the down side, they did try to screw me out of my last month. I had to produce the bank records and everything to prove my point. I dont know if they intentionally tried to rip me off or if it was just incompetence. Either way, not a good look.
On a side note, for the past few months, almost every channel is set to Fox news. Which considering the gym demographics, is pretty strange. Seems like the work of a troll

Crunch Miami Beach is amazing! Great trainers, great classes, non-​intimidating atmosphere, and spacious with a large variety of equipment. Eve is an incredible trainer. I have been seeing her for a few months and my body is transformed through the personalized approach. She is extremely knowledgable about fitness and incorporates nutritional guidance as well. She is very motivating and pushes you to your limits in a safe, proper technical way. She is also open to questions anytime and welcomes updates on progress between training sessions. I highly recommend Eve as she is very passionate about the success of others and you will achieve your goals! Sunday classes (gluts and abs) with Carole are also wonderful! Very challenging but Carole provides excellent personal tips to maximize results. I am so pleased to be a member and have had a great experience!

Called to get a day pass rate. $ 37.50. Didnt even know how to respond I was so shocked. No thanks Crunch, ill just go for a run instead.

Good work out environment, just the men’s locker room isn’t that clean. Great place to work out thought.

I tried to arrange a time to come in take a tour, try out the gym & sign up for a membership with two different membership advisors via email. I felt like I was bothering Crunch by trying to give them my business. After no one would get back to me, I finally signed up with a different gym that gave me no difficulties.

If you are staying in South Beach then this is your gym!
This gym is deceptively large. And yea, the equipment isn’t brand new. But it’s perfectly functional. And there’s more than enough of it to get the job done.
I was here on business. And in South Beach there just aren’t a lot of gym options. But this Crunch Gym is so much better than most gyms I’ve had to deal with when traveling. And honestly, if I lived in South Beach then I would probably train here as a regular member.

I’m a new member at Crunch and one of the things that kept me coming back after my month promotional was over was my trainer Eve Karlin! Her training and expertise shows. She has put a lot of time an effort into her knowledge base. She challenges me every time we train together and she keeps it interesting. My weekly improvement shows.
That and yoga instructor Roya Siroospour! Wow talk about some good energy and great yoga knowledge. Her Antigravity yoga is the best. Sets me up for the whole week!
The one star is off for when I go into the gym it is a bit disorganized. Free weights are not put back on the rack by the staff and you can’t find two of the same weights to work out with. They also need more flat benches to do free weight on.
But very cool different classes to enjoy!

I’ve been going to Crunch on Washington ave for almost a month now. It’s a nice gym and I really like the atmosphere! In addition, the staff is friendly. I love love love my personal trainer Eve Karlin !!! she’s amazing, funny and I always have a great time working out with her. Not only is she a professional, she also knows what she’s doing. Boredom is not an option with her as she is dedicated to help you get the body you want !! I also learned a lot from her through few sessions
that we did. I always get exited before training with her because she makes it fun and challenging ! I highly recommend her for anyone that needs help getting a beach body !! :)

Michael Travis is an awesome trainer. I highly recommend him for anyone that needs a boost getting in to great shape.
I had the pleasure of working out with Michael with a family member of mine while I was in town and have to say that after years of working with different trainers from many different places, Michael is the ultimate! He is driven, commited, and caring. Truely a master of his craft!

If I was rating my trainer Rachel and the staff it would be 5 stars but the facility is at best 2 stars. Most of the staff at this location is awesome very friendly and they work hard. The fitness studios are nice and I have heard positive feedback on classes.
On the oher hand the machines and equipment are old and worn out. A big improvement would be if the whole place got good a scrub, dusting, and a coat of fresh paint. That said it is a very affordable gym for the beach that doesn’t have a lot of fulll service gym options.
If you are looking to train the group of trainers rock especially Rachel, Juan, Michael, and Jeff.

Crunch in Miami Beach is the best gym to go to for classes. The instructors are 2^nd to none! Micheal Travis runs 2 great classes at 7am. Tread-​n-​Shred & Run Yogi Run. Both of these classes are truly unique to any class I have ever taken. They are also never quite the same so you get a new workout all the time. He does great drills that are not only intense but the variety of the drills makes the class fly by. I would never push myself that hard on my own.
Crunch really does not do much about keeping things up but they do hire the BEST class instructors and offer the best classes.

Go to Crunch and go see Michael Travis. I spent most of the last year at Crunch training with and taking Michael’s yoga, spinning and tread classes. The combined effort got me in the best shape of my life … fast. I had been doing some distance running when I started training with Michael and had frequently been sidelined by shin splints — that completely changed. The combination of mindfully planned training sessions and classes completely changed my running game. I was soon able to run longer, faster and injury-​free to which I totally credit Michael.
As for Crunch itself, I have always thought the prices were fair for the amount of diverse classes they offer and the selection of equipment. I tried out most classes in my time there and was never disappointed as they are constantly changing and improving. Atara’s spinning classes and Mary Beth’s yoga classes are also AWESOME. It was never too crowded in my experience and most people (regardless of how beautiful or South Beach-​y they may have been) are just doing their own thing. Equipment, showers and bathrooms are clean and usually available.
Although I was a bit of a gym rat, I always liked that most of the other trainers, instructors and management knew me by face, if not by name. Crunch was a home away from home for me in a way and if I still lived in the area, that’s where I’d probably be right now. I definitely recommend.

I’ve been going to this gym for a while now, and i really like the atmosphere, staff, classes.
i mostly take spinning classes, which i think is great cardio training, specially since they recently changed bikes and improved the whole class system with monitoring.
i usually take Atara’s, Michael’s and Roya’s classes at this location, and they are always so much fun!! all of them are so professional, with great attitude and energy that is very motivating! they always have great music and make you sweat while having fun:)
i like Roya’s «race classes, Atara’s classes with music videos and Michael class on Monday morning, where we do half spinning and half yoga! i really like that combination! it really makes me feel great at the end, it’s perfect jump start for the week! and it really make me more interested in yoga, so i will definitely attend more of the Michael’s yoga classes!

As a member of Crunch for the past ten years I have to say this gym is just the rite fit for me. Positive and motivational instructors to go with Awsome classes! The spin room is great and has new bikes and the instructors push you to your limits! I take Michael Travis’ Tred ‘N Shed Tuesday and Thursdays along with his spin and Run Yogi run. I have to say it has changed my waist line for the better! He takes you out of your comfort zone which = results! Mix in Roya, Alex, and Tarra’ s classes and you will be lean before you know it! Crunch time! Own it!

This place kinda sucks. The staff is quite rude and unprofessional. They are super unhelpful and they don’t go out of their way to help you unless you insist really REALLY hard.
The way this Crunch is built and laid out is awful. You have to walk through all the staff to even get to the stairs to walk up to the gym. The stairs are really narrow and you can be sure that you will almost ALWAYS bump into someone walking out as you walk in. The crowd that works out here are these steroid up-​ed guys that are mean. They think they own the machines and wear sunglasses to work out. LOL. Oh, and most of the machines are broken. For example, the stair masters are dangerous with the side grips missing and you keep slipping off!
The location is horrible too. You get harassed by homeless people that lurk outside on the streets as you walk up.
