You have a good sales guy and his name is Gille P.H. Seldom you find in this days at those megastars who knows how to approach and sale the product. For conformation we bought the Motorola wireless deck for my daughter’s birthday and know she enjoy these. Thanks Gill!

Small store and only one worker there but she was real good. Had to wait a little bit because 3 customers were ahead of me. The store had the item I found online (it was not on display though) and she priced match the online price after she range me up at a higher one.

Customer service is sub par. Gm seems too preoccupied restocking and trying to sell insurance than actually prove customer service. Have to wait 20 mins to simply transfer contacts over after purchasing an iPhone.

Just purchased a new phone here today — and I’m not ashamed to say — I DON’T KNOW HOW TO USE IT — but that’s not the point of this Unilocal.It’s to say that Carlos is an exceptional sales guy and this store rocks — they relaxed my apprehensions of buying a new product, most of the information on how to operate it was explained to me in a cogent and succinct (is that redundant?) manner which was still timely and I walked out thinking I got a great deal — which I believe I did. Need a new phone? Curious as to what’s the best option? Discuss it with the sales people at Best Buy on Alton — they REALLY and sincerely take care of you. Oh BTW — Gina I need help learning how to «check in»!!! ;-)
