This place was excellent. We had a big group that rented scooters from here. Only one of us had a scooter that the starter motor stopped working halfway through but that can happen to anyone. Would definitely recommend this place for a cheap scooter rental. And it’s the best way to explore Miami Beach!!!

There pricing is the best on the beach. Great place to rent from and great customer service. Miri is the nicest. Ask for her when you go.

I am so happy that I convinced my friends to get these scooters. I can honestly say it was the highlight of our trip. We are from a small town in California so it was nice to rent these and explore a city as beautiful as this. The manager Miri was very helpful and understanding of our situation. She even gave us an extra couple hours for getting stuck in traffic. I recommend renting these and driving down ocean drive. You won’t regret it

Beach Scooter Rentals is affordable and has great customer service. We were only going to be in Miami for a few hours and Beach Scooter rental was just what we needed. Quick and easy transaction and we were on the road… in our cool little scooter. Highly recommend! :) enjoy!

Came down for the week, got a great deal for a bike and a scooter, couldn’t be happier, their scooters are in great shape, i took them far out, i didn’t think a 50cc can do so well! found out they have 2 locations, 1^st 1743 Bay Rd and 2^nd at 1331 Washington Ave, only 1.5 miles away, they even gave us a ride to get the bike we wanted, Gilly was great, Miri has a great sense of humor, love her! ill be back!

This place is great!!! We came from California for my aunts birthday. When we got there we were welcomed from the start. Mary was very nice thorough. We had a late rental and they allowed us to return the scooters the next morning so we didn’t have to rush at night returning them. The scooters ran very well. Upon returning the scooters the owner was there along with some of the staff. They thanked us very much for our business. While waiting to return Mary and another gentleman, kike, was there helping us. The man was really cool we ending up talking for a while and he was a runner like I was. Basically he made me feel very welcomed and at home. This was a great experience!!! I would recommend renting from this place. Thank you guys for a great trip!

Rented a 2 person scooter for 3 hours from Beach Scooter. AWESOME EXPERIENCE and SERVICE. Gili helped us with all our needs and questions. Got a flat tire and they came to us with a new bike. Def will rent from them again.

I had my scooter tires changed at their shop, there are fast and very honest with the prices… Make sure to visit them ;-)

Biggest THIEVES!!! Scooter sustained minimal cosmetic damage that would normally use touch up paint and throw back on the floor, but they charged more than the value of new scooter. Not to mention we rented 11 in one shot for a day, you would think they would look out for future business. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer appreciation. Find a place that keeps your deposit for damages, that’s what it’s made for.

I’d give this place zero stars if Unilocal allowed me to. We had a group of over 13 guys who wanted to rent scooters, and Beach Scooter didn’t even offer us a discount. So i decided not to rent one… One of my friends who did rent a scooter was forced to pay an additional $ 1,000.00 upon return because there were some scratches on it which is absolutely ridiculous. We could have purchased a new scooter for that price, have taken it to a body shop or shit — even could have had a 2 year old fill in the scratches with crayons! WTF! There are plenty of other scooter rental sites in the area that will offer better prices and discounts to large groups. Stay away from this place unless you want to spend your entire vacation budget on one of their beat up scooters!

Wow 4.5 Stars? I can make an argument here.
While making a recent trip to South Beach with some friends. We decided to spend one day on scooters. There was an array of options to choose from with clearly every location stating they have the best price in all of South Beach. We did however discover Beach Scooters on Unilocal with 4.5 stars. With nothing to lose and a great time to gain we drove over to pick up the scooters.
While the price of renting scooters was the same as other in the area, this location didn’t want to consider that we were renting 11 scooters from them and the price given to us was their best price plus also us providing them with a $ 200 deposit. You think they would hook us up? Where’s the customer appreciation? hmm?.. We decided to just rent them for 24 hours and not waste anymore time so we can just get on the road and enjoy South Beach.
One of the scooters we rented received some minimal wear and tear scratches during our rental period (most scooters were pretty beat up when given to us). As we returned them, the manager marked off on the damages and was hit with an astronomical number that we had to pay with no consideration of keeping the deposit to that scooter. Why take a deposit then?
Consider this. The cost to fix the wear and tear scooter is more than what a new scooter of the same model would be. At the end of the day they were looking out for the best interest for them and not the customers.
I won’t ever be giving this place a visit again. Thanks but no thanks.

If your ever in Miami, this is the place to come to! Ask for Jordan who is heaven sent! The scooters are totally DOPE! The prices are right, the bikes are tight and the customer service is top notch! #TheScooterGirls
