Established in 2012.
In the summer of 2012, Barok opened at Red South Beach Hotel. Of all the hotels in Miami Beach we chose Red South Beach to open our restaurant due to the trendy, upbeat boutique feel, along with the artfully renovated lobby and pool areas. Barok serves exceptional tasty continental food. Using only the freshest, top-quality ingredients we delight our guests with classic dishes, along with unique creations from our excellent chef. Rudy started as a music producer in France creating ambiance music for lounge restaurants. In 2008, Rudy decided to create his own restaurant with a unique atmosphere. Rudy’s culture is tasty food, large portions, a sophisticated design and good music lead to a one of a kind eating experience.
