History

Established in 1985.

Business was founded by Alex A. Garcia in 1985 as an on-​site management and leasing office at the MCH Medical Center, adjacent to Baptist Hospital, and owned by a foreign investment family. Another major client at the time was IRE/​BankAtlantic Financial, a bank holding company and syndicator of real estate investment funds.

Recent consulting engagements include the Cerberus Group’s takeover of several failed condo development projects, and sales management consulting for Engel & Voelkers/​Miami, an international German based luxury real estate brokerage brand.

Alex A. Garcia is a CPA and Commercial Broker in Florida. He has been personally involved in over $ 2.5 Billion of real estate transactions throughout career, including the development, condo conversion, asset management and disposition of over 5,000 residential units and over 5 Million square feet of commercial space.

Alex has a proven track record of generating profits for business partners, investors and employers. His career trajectory includes P& L responsibilities as Accounting Manager, V.P. of Asset Management,

CFO and COO for diverse real estate groups, and ownership and management of own businesses.

Alex is an accomplished finance and real estate executive seasoned across all disciplines, and all asset types.
