Needed to have alterations done on quite a few dresses for my sons wedding and they delivered. Patricia did an amazing job on such short notice to get the dresses done in time! The quality of work and service was impressive. Nothing beats a family run establishment– hats off to Frank and team.

Best Around !!! I use Georges every week for my dry cleaning and often tailoring. Their customer service is impeccable. I drop off my bag of suits, shirts, ect every Monday and by Wednesday its waiting for me on the coat rack at my business like clockwork. It couldn’t be more convenient and a very minimal delivery fee. Their prices are also extremely reasonable and cheaper than most I’ve seen. Patricia the tailor does excellent work and the turn around time is always so quick! Frank, Gus, and Nico are a cool group of guys too. They are always friendly treat me like family. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Best I have used and I have used my fair share. These guys are consistent and reliable. I am very happy to have finally found a convenient dry cleaner/​taylor that does great work and are such pleasant people. A+++

I followed the fellow-​users’ reviews to get to this place. I just purchased a leather jacket and a sports jacket which needed alteration works on shortening sleeves.
I believe I have found the right place for the job.
Patricia is the tailor. She is so nice and professional.
Beyond all the courtesies and attentions, the prices are fair and inexpensive, and ready for pick-​up time is short.

I just picked up the leather jacket and the sport jacket. They are wonderfully altered and tailored. I am very happy and can not wait to put them on. Great needle work, and sewing job.

I needed a quick alteration to an arrival of clothes before Going out on Saturday. I expected them to take it in and probably be done later the next day. They sensed that it was extremely important to me so it was done quickly right in front of me! Unlike other dry cleaners, the guys at George’s were very accommodating and gave me a feeling that they take pride in their work and customer assistance.

Great service. They get the job done. I recommend George’s to everyone. Prices are the lowest in town and the quality of work is always top notch.

Super rude, all the reviews with 5 stars here are written by themselves. They treat their customers horribly in person and on the phone. They are also super expensive, more than other places in the area. I went there to have a blouse altered and to have some clothes dry cleaned and the guy started yelling at me when I asked about his prices. I also saw him mistreating a lady in front of me. I should’ve known better when I first called by his bad demeanor. Horrible way to run a business!!! Don’t waste your time or money going there!

I am so grateful to have found this gem right around the corner from me! I have used their dry cleaning and alteration services, and have been very pleased with both! I had some work pants hemmed, and most recently a formal gown. I brought them a floor length gown with intricate ruffling and multiple layers on Tuesday and I needed the alterations done by my cousins wedding on Saturday! Not only were my alterations perfect, but they were able to have it done for me by Friday. I am now a loyal customer!

I love Georges and the family. They know my face, they welcome me everytime I walk in– I saw some new faces this time and was worried that the family had sold but that was not the case. They are great with my Indian clothes as well as my work suits as far as dry cleaning. They are also reasonable in price. I have not tried them as tailors but will do when the need comes up based on the reviews below. Cant wait to see you guys this weekend!

Super rude on the phone when I called here and the tailor was super rude in person too. Because of the attitude I got I decided to walk out and not have my alterations done here. How does a small business, in this economy, not treat its customers well? Would never trust my suits to this place. Way to blow it George’s!

I found this place looking for fast service and adjustments to a suit I had bought online. Walked through the door and the owner greeted me, got me lined out fast about what needed hemming. I had only 3 – 4 days to get the suit fixed and they made it with days to spare.
Excellent work. Suit fits; as a bonus they opened up the pockets which were sewn by the suit company, and pressed it before pickup.

I came here to get 2 pairs of new Seven jeans shortened and narrowed. They came out great so I decided to come back with some button down shirts that fit a little loose on the arms and pretty loose around the waist. I just tried the shirts on and they fit like a glove, exactly how I wanted it and feels like a bespoke shirt. Quality work, great price and quick turnaround. Thank you!

This review has been long overdue! Very knowledgable, friendly staff! After searching in the area for a last minute alteration for a relative, I came here and it was done long before the time that he quoted. The alteration was perfect ! The price was reasonable as well. They have monthly deals and I was able to save hundreds of dollars on cleaning a dress! Finally, depending on the amount, they have a drop off /​pick up service. I truly believe that you will get your money’s worth at this establishment.

I have used George’s several times before and have always been pleased with the service. However, today I had such a pleasant experience that I had to share. When I came to pick up my order I asked George (??) if it would be possible to replace the zipper on my purse (it wouldn’t stay closed). After looking at it and opening and closing the zipper a few times, he got a pair of pliers and in no time flat it was fixed! He didn’t charge me anything (which surprised me). He just told me to have a good weekend. Needless to say I was very impressed!

My regular alteration lady couldn’t give me a good price or a timeline for my clothes so I Unilocaled to this place. I got my alteration done on time, and everything was just perfect. Get your sleeves hemmed here! It was nicely pressed too. Very friendly service, I just wish it was closer to where I live.

Love this family owned business. I think they must have 5 or 6 family members working there, and all are courteous and they know their laundry, cleaning, and tailoring. The patriarch is a fine tailor (he’s done lots of my clothing alterations, including ripping apart a beautiful new Marc Jacobs X-​large coat and turning it into a Large, and doing it perfectly– need any more proof?). They do their own tailoring, sewing, and dry cleaning onsite, and they accommodate any timeframe you need. Pricing is very reasonable and competitive.
