Established in 2015.

«Russell Heating & Air, LLC is a new division of our main office Russell Electric Contracting, LLC, started on July 9, 2015.

Our supervising technician, Richard Merrill, has 22 years experience and is a licensed KY Master HVAC. We provide, maintenance, and install HVAC systems for residential and commercial projects in Illinois, Missouri and Kentucky.
