This place is closed, probably not long after the last review. Used to have some cool bartenders, especially Christine, but mostly a hangout(during the day) for middle-aged Italian American men and the occasional woman who walked in accidentally. Food used to be pretty good pub grub, then it disappeared altogether as the three owners — who clearly always fantasized about owning a bar but had no restaurant experience to make the dream a reality — let the place go to hell. At night the place turned younger and considerably more sketchy. A kind of druggy, slightly menacing vibe, and passage to and from the place would be through a noxious cloud of cigarette smoke from patrons who couldn’t bear to walk three or four steps away from the front door to light up. They had karaōke, I guess, though I never stayed for it. On a Friday afternoon, this was a decent, quiet place to grab a drink, and they had the best juke box around. But it was doomed to fail, you could just tell.
