I have attended this traditional martial arts school since July 2012. Working hard at mastering the forms and movements has helped me lose weight, improve a chronic medical condition, and move far better than I had when I started — at 54 years old. I study both Kung Fu and Tai Chi here, and am very happy to have found this school. I can also provide documentation of my claims above from my medical doctors if necessary. Please consider this school if you are seriously interested in learning traditional martial arts in a friendly, fun, and exceptional school.
