My wife & I drove to this frozen yogurt place, Sweet Kiwi, in Methuen, Ma. And the place is closed! I don’t know if it is permenantly closed but it looked like it. There were ladders set up inside and it looked like work was in process. There were no signs up to indicate if the place was closed or was reopening anytime soon. Not good since my wife wanted frozen yogurt. We ended up at Orange Leaf in Salem, NH on Main Street.

In a world with suddenly so many fro-yo options, I think Sweet Kiwi stands apart! They have great flavors and toppings. The store is always clean and the staff are extremely friendly

I been to sweet kiwi and it has always been delicious! The best and freshest toppings. They have a variety of flavors but the strawberry is my favorite topped with fresh blueberries and strawberries and some whipped cream! The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend going there!

Just popped in, not a planned stop. I loved the whole concept of self serve. The yogurt is harder than frozen custard. The machines mix two flavors together for you and the pairings were good… coconut and pineapple. The only disturbing element is a tip jar… Why?

Came here with my wife. Delicious! The two at the counter were very friendly and let us try any flavors we wanted before deciding. Price is by the pound so get what you want. Not too pricy.

I visited Methuen location each Saturday and Sunday and the staffs are friendly and professional. They always ask if we need help. The place is nice and clean. I had the flavors I love and the toppings are plenty. All of my kids love this place and they tell me to bring them back on the weekends. I can listen to music or watch the news there. The staff seems to be sensitive of what we need. I think it is a great place for the kids to hang out.

Meh. I love this concept, but it can be executed so poorly. Sweet Kiwi isn’t a great place. I’ve been in a few time now and I haven’t been impressed with this particular location. The store is clean and the machines all seem to work, but the service is kinda wretched. This shop seems to be staffed by surly Hipster teenagers who appear to have skipped«professional behavior basics 101.» No greeting upon entering(even on the trip when the store was empty), surly service at the register. There’s something off about the yoghurt. It’s more… I don’t know, watery, maybe? The consistency isn’t quite right; it’s not as creamy as I expect it to be and have had it at ever other top-your-own-yoghurt place I’ve been to. Toppings are limited. I guess I’ve just been spoiled by FroYo and the Orange Leaf in Andover. This is a bummer, because Methuen is much closer to my home.
