Professional Fitness

This company is awful!!! Beware. They just want your money. They do not want to train you. The night I signed up at WOW Methuen I decided to try the free session with the trainer… BIG MISTAKE. Stuart the trainer is such a con-​man. He tried to get me to sign-​up for auto renewal every month but when I wasn’t going for it he sold me 4 sessions for $ 100.00 (never once saying that he was doing me any «favors»)
Fast forward to out first scheduled session and Stuart pawns me off on a different trainer who is just starting, I am his first client! This is not what I signed up for. The session was mediocre at best. Afterwards i asked Stuart to only see him from now on.
At the next scheduled session I come in and Stuart comes running in and says «Didn’t you get my text. I cant train you tonight. My boss is here and if he sees you I will get in trouble for training you.»
What??? I called the gym the next day. I filed a complaint with both the gym and with Professional Fitness. Needless to say, I have not heard back. Professional Fitness is a total rip-​off. Nothing professional about them.
