I have an Electrolux laundry pair that needs warranty service, and I was referred to this company by the manufacturer, as they are an authorized repair company. I was given an original service date, whichi I took off from work, but when that date came up, no one showed at my home. So I call Mr. Appliance, and they said they are sorry, they forgot about the appointment, and rescheduled it for over a week later. Then I took the 2^nd day off, and they called and said that they have no available tech for this new appointment. Now I’ve been out of work for 2 days, it’s been 3 weeks since the original call to Electrolux, and still no one has even visited my home for repair of the unit. What an awful experience.

Mr. Appliance offers the fastest service of any Appliance Repair company I’ve seen.
To all the negative people go try Sears and wait 2 weeks to even have some one show up.
I would rather wait a couple days for Mr. Appliance. At least the technitions don’t show up looking like thugs. Using Mr. Appliance they always look clean and neat.

Terrible costumer service. The schedule a DAY they will show up 8am –5pm, and they suppose you will to take a day off to wait for your appliance to be delivered and installed. If you ask for a certain time window, they threaten you with a $ 95 fine in case they show up and you are not home. If you still insist on your time frame, they just want to cancel the whole purchase. I think Loews can do better than pair up with this lousy company.

After a horrible experience with another repair guy — I found this company — truly the best experience in a long time. I had an LG fridge and they knew exactly what was wrong and even checked if parts were under warranty — good company!

Worst «customer service» I’ve ever experienced. Had an appointment for July 1 and they called the day before saying they were overbooked and needed to reschedule (not my problem) but we rescheduled for July 3 with a 4 hour window. So I took off work and sat around for 4 hours and no one ever showed. I called and was told the technician would call me back. I called them every half hour for two hours without anyone ever calling me back. The final person I spoke with told me I wasn’t on the schedule but he could fit me in today (July 7). Same exact thing happened again! In a week I haven’t been able to get a supervisor to return my calls, I have taken two days off work for nothing, and am without a dishwasher for 2 weeks (at least)!!! Stay away!

This place is a joke. I had a groupon for this company and they made 2 appointments for me. I waited several hours for them, no phone call. After several phone calls to their office, they informed me that their technician was «not around». They rescheduled and promised that the manager would call me back. I never heard from the manager. I rescheduled for the following Saturday between 8 – 10. One week later when I called to confirm, they told me that they won’t come to my area. How nice of them to tell me 2 weeks later. Bad business practices. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Why do a Groupon if you are going to screw it up?

My mom, who is beginning to suffer from the effects of Alzheimer’s disease, has a piggy-back washer-dryer in her apartment. She had purchased a service contract on it years ago, so when it broke I called the service contract company, and they had a Mr. Appliance technician come out and look at it. He was very patient with my mom, and dealt with me over the phone. The service contract company decide it wasn’t «cost effective» to repair the ten-year-old unit, and offered us 30% of the original price (those were the terms of the contract). I took the money and used it towards the repair, which was pricey ($ 430) but still not as much as a brand new unit. The same technician came out, and once again he was very helpful and patient with my mom. Everyone at the office was very helpful, too, from getting estimates to scheduling appointments.
