History

Established in 2010.

The business was officially started in March 2010, but our techs have been repairing computers for years. We were able to start the business with an already established clientele and have been steadily growing ever since. Our technicians love what they do and always go above and beyond what you would ever expect. We are a home based business registered with the state and because of this we are able to keep our prices extremely low. Here is just one of the many examples of what our techs do, that even I, as the Marketing Director was surprised about:

For a standard OS reinstall, I noticed one of the techs open up clean all the dust out of the interior of the tower. He said he did it because it makes the computer run more efficiently and last longer. It’s something the client will probably never notice, but he takes great pride in what he does and that is why he did it. Most techs wouldn’t have even opened it, let alone clean it.

Jose completed the A+ Certification course in 2000. He has been working on computers since. He just has a knack for it. He taught himself to repair PS3’s, Xbox 360’s, motherboards, cell phones, and more. He truly cares about his work and has an amazing work ethic. He decided to start an official repair business after hearing a few horror stories from people who had gone to other computer repair shops (even big name stores) where they were charged ridiculous prices and the job wasn’t even done correctly. He is passionate about offering the best quality service at the lowest prices.
