One of the only bars in Metairie where people dance and I mean get doooown. It’s great for people watching. I once saw a man dancing his butt off while wearing a Hawaiian shirt and a Bluetooth. He was obviously very important and waiting for a business call. I requested a song and they actually played it next, I can’t remember a time that has happened. They aim to please over here. It’s borderline divey, but what Metairie bar isn’t? The drinks were good and the bartenders were attentive and friendly.

Had a great time at this place while visiting the NOLA area. Wondered in here in the middle of a Saints game with my boyfriend and his family. We were looking for a place to see the Packers and (believe it or not) it was actually playing on one of the TVs. There was a free lunch buffet as well! Beers were cheap and the food was pretty tasty. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! The locals were extremely friendly too!

Short version…
Great drink specials, good atmosphere, lots of TVs, everything you want in a sports bar.
Extremely verbose version…
We rolled into New Orleans and after quickly setting up camp, started looking for a place to watch a Packer game at the same time a Saints game was going on.
Using my Android phone with Google maps I was able to call bar after bar and ask if they were showing anything other than the Saints game. I must have called 15 places and this was the only one that would (except hooters with an hour wait for a table).
We pulled in there and quickly found the Packer game on 2 TVs and got ourselves situated. The 5 of us shared a table with a courteous patron also watching the Packer game.
We took some friendly verbal abuse from Saints fans but that is expected rolling into their town rocking 5 Packer jerseys.
I asked the bartender for a menu and she pointed out that there was free food against the back wall… AWESOME, probably just for football season but still… it was great. Chili, burgers, dogs, mac & cheese, chips, salsa, etc.
On top of all of that, the drinks specials were very good.
Really, couldn’t ask for more in a sports bar.
