Dr. Mitchell A. Pierce, Jr. has more than 23 years of experience in implant dentistry and more than 37 years of experience in general dentistry.

Dr. Pierce attended Wayne Sate University in Detroit. Just after three years of undergraduate study, he was admitted to Tufts University School of dental medicine in Boston on a four year American Fund for Dental Health scholarship.

His dental implant training was acquired through the American Academy of Implant Dentistry/​Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry and the Alabama Implant Study Group.

Dr. Pierce has lectured to dentists in the field of implant dentistry and performed live surgeries and demonstrations in Louisiana and nationwide. He holds fellowships with the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

Dr. Pierce holds dental licenses in Louisiana, Michigan, Texas, Arizona and New Mexico; and is a member of American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
