O’reilly Auto Parts

My Father had problems with finding Part. Auto Zone on Ames bold couldn’t help and referred him to AutoZone Manhattan. dad decided to get on phone call instead of running around town. All the Auto parts, this one was only one took the time and helped with the problem.

I went in this morning to get washer fluid on my way to work. It was simple enough, go in get fluid, and check out. I walked In (no one was at the counter) and started walking looking for it, and heard an «excuse me! Can I help you find something?» I said I was looking for washer fluid and the cashier said «what?!» I said windsheild fluid and she said «Aisle six!» I was standing in front of aisle 5 the only person in the store and she made me feel like I was a bother. I said you know what never mind. Only when two other employees walked in did her attitude change. She was suddenly in shock that I was on my way out the door and that anyone could possibly be offended by her yelling at them across the counter.

I’m not quite sure if this is the best place in the city, but the service was fast and friendly. The only thing that really irritated me was being charged an extra $ 2.00 for the seal for a replacement thermostat.
Just cheeky.

O’Reilly has the best staff compared to their competitors. The staff at most O’Reilly’s are friendly and very helpful. Also, they have a better selection of auto parts then Auto Z, Advance Auto P, or Pep B. Prices are comparable to all of the other auto stores.
O’Reilly has great customer service! I would gladly take my business here if I am in need of something auto-​related.
