I even CALLED AHEAD the day before to make sure everything was in order for the appointment I made to have titers drawn. When I arrived, people without appointments were seen before me. (That one can be accredited to racial favoritism.) when I finally got summoned to the desk — a half hour after I had arrived and 20 minutes after my appointment time — this nasty lady asked me if I had an order. I informed her that you do not need an order for titers. After explaining to this extremely slow– minded woman TWICE what I needed, I left because she clearly didn’t get it. She at least could’ve been a nice stupid person, but that wasn’t the case.
Never go here. Never. It’s a waste of your time. There are plenty of other lab places that will do things for you with less attitude and that are less expensive.
This is one of those times I wish zero stars existed on Unilocal.It should for those truly horrid experiences.

I had the misfortune of having to come to this location twice for two different new hire drug tests because it was the closest one to me. After the experiences I had, I’ll drive to the other side of the Lake to avoid this place.
Rudest staff ever. They’ll treat you like drug addict regardless of what comes up on the tests. They talk about you while you’re there (apparently I can’t hear either). And they don’t care if they make you wait all day. Never had these issues anywhere else.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could but it’s not an option, so I suppose they can have one star by default. Will never step foot in this place ever again. Rudest staff ever. Receptionist raised her voice to me and tossed papers at me. She’s needs an attitude adjustment asap.
