I provide counseling services primarily to adults and couples in an open, accepting environment. I specialize in Marriage and Family Counseling, which gives me a unique perspective on the patterns of communication and behaviors that keep relationships stuck in unhappy cycles.

I have experience treating a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, impulsive behavior, self-​esteem, unhealthy relationships, poor communication, job dissatisfaction, and coping with the stress of different life transitions.

I hold a Master of Arts degree in Counseling (specializing in Marriage and Family Counseling) from Our Lady of Holy Cross College.

I am a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) working under the supervision of my Board-​approved supervisor, and I am registered with the National Board of Certified Counselors.
