In & Out Express Car Wash

Don’t go to this car wash! Very crappy. My husband has been to Pelican Pointe over a dozen times. No problems. We love that place. He went to In and Out today to give them a try. He knows the rules. Put the car in neutral and no gas or brakes. He did that. Next thing he knows the car behind him and he collided. He had no idea what happened. Then, they told him to move forward after this even though the washer was in the way. They thought everything would move again. WRONG! The washer broke his windshield! After he got out, the car behind him took off. They reviewed their tapes and claim my husband was in reverse and that’s how it happened. I call BS. He would not have made it through most of the car wash in reverse! Anyways we are now out $ 300 for a damn windshield that they say they are not responsible for. So, if you want a broken windshield, go here. If not, I strongly suggest Pelican Pointe!

Finally! A carwash with free vacuums afterwards.
It’s nice that there is an attendant at the machine to explain the process & swipe your credit card/​take your cash money to pay for the wash. I am a woman, so I immediately get confused about anything having to do with auto maintenance.
The dryer sucked and left my car kinda wet. One of the vacuum hoses I used had the suction power of a capri sun straw but the one on the other side of the car was powerful.
Bottom line is that I’ll come back here because I am too lazy to wash my car myself and I refuse to pay extra to have to use the vacuums. The wash was pretty good.
