History

Established in 2007.

Ken Rogers founded Dunleith Designs and Antiques, L.L.C. on Magazine Street in New Orleans in July of 2007, having worked in the fine furnishings and decorative arts field for 29 yrs. prior. In July of 2010, he relocated the shop to 1537 Metairie Road in Old Metairie, LA and was then joined by Dorothy Burns, his new partner. This location has quadrupled the size of the shop from what it was on Magazine St. and free parking is available right in the front of the shop.

Kenneth R.

Manager

Ken Rogers graduated from Louisiana Tech University school of architecture in 1978 with a BFA in Interior Design and Art History. He worked for a major fine home furnishings/​interior design business for 29 years before starting his own business in July of 2007. He is a 26 year professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers and is a licensed interior designer in the state of Louisiana. He has won many sale and design awards in his 29 year history as an interior designer at Ethan Allen. He offers the same exceptional customer service and design skills that he offered to his many clients at Ethan Allen, now in his own business.
