Incompetent and rude staff, Disorganized from the top down. Appointment times are merely suggestions as this place seems more like a «pill mill» than a real healthcare facility and the likelihood of seeing a doctor within an hour of your scheduled appointment is almost zero. Impossible to get the staff to follow up on anything without multiple phone calls. Whenever you call, it’s an inconvenience to them. It is almost like they’re actually trying to do a bad job. This is really too bad because I think Dr. Shamsnia is sincere and probably very good. Management is non-​existent and work ethic is also missing in action. sigh.

Dr Shamsnia is one of the sweetest dr. He takes his time with every patient he sees. I would wait hours to see him. He and his staff truly care about the wellbeing of the patient. No you are not in and out but I don’t want to be treated like a product on an assembly line. I want to be treated like I matter and I am important and they treat me like this. If you want fast crappy service don’t come here!

One of the most unorganized places I’ve ever worked. There is no respect for staff or patients. I’ve been screamed at by the office manager in front of other staff members and patients for no concrete reason. There is NO excuse for such disrespect. I would do my research before I choose a job at this clinic. I always wondered why there was a revolving door for employees. These people really need to get their acts together as we are in the USA now. Glad to be rid of ANC!

This place seems like nothing more than a pain clinic, my wife and I had to wait for over an hour for her to be seen for migraines We will never come to this place. The office seem disorganized and the staff is rude. Do not waste your time visiting this place you not receive quality medical care at this place.

This is the absolute worst, most disorganized office I have ever entered. First of all, the latest appointment that they allow one to schedule is at 2:20 pm, which required me to leave work early or take a day off work in order to be there on time. However, I have NEVER been seen by the doctor until at least 4:30 or 5. I pleaded for them to allow me to schedule my appointments at 3:15, as I get off work at 3 pm, and my workplace is right around the corner from them (and argued that I’m never seen before 4:30 anyway), but they would not budge. Wait time is ridiculously long every time, even if during the day, just for a doctor to speak to you for 5 minutes and write a prescription. They also gave me unnecessary tests for my migraines, just to get the most money out of my insurance company, and of course, me. Their billing department is horribly unorganized as well. Once, they told me they wouldn’t see me until I visited the billing lady «upstairs» to make payment arrangements for money I owed (which they never billed me for). So I went upstairs, saw white walls, a few halls, and a bunch of unmarked doors, and no one to be found. I had to wander around aimlessly until I found the billing lady. She then told me what I owed, and we agreed that she could debit my account each month for a small portion of the bill until it was paid off. This never happened, even though this encounter took place over a year ago. They recently switched billing departments to a different office, and they called me a few days ago and asked if I could pay the full $ 76 and change I owed, and I said I would like to pay $ 35 and be billed for the rest. Today, all of a sudden, $ 157.50 was taken out of my account by them and I am LIVID. These people aren’t worth your time (your 2 – 3 hours of time, waiting alone), your money, or your recognition of their existence. I now go to another neurologist, who, in one visit, has taught me and helped me more with my migraines than this lousy company had in 2 years. I say good riddance to bad rubbish.
