Terrible terrible service. I’ve never seen people work so hard at avoiding work. Walk in with the model number for a Kenmore gas range and ask for a rack and the lady has the balls to ask what the manufacturing revision number of the oven rack is. And with an attitude that is obviously if I piss you off enough you’ll walk out the door and I can go back to surfing the web. Finally got a quote of $ 36. Meanwhile across the freeway at ADP the guy was happy to look up the part, and quoted $ 7.

What a love/hate relationship with the store. I hate the fact I have to visit the store as it means I’m buying a part or parts to repair an appliance. The love is the fact that they either have the part I need in stock or they can order it and have it in a day or two. They have been sold to a regional chain and will some day change their name. The new name is 1st Source Servall. However, the name painted in letters easily seen from the Interstate is still Appliance Parts. The clerk claims that they will have even better service than in the past. The new computer system should see to that.
