VRC of East Dallas provides emergency, critical care, surgery and internal medicine specialty services for the East Dallas and East Texas region.
Our staff is committed to utilizing cutting edge technology and treatment options to stabilize and treat severely ill or injured pets. Ultrasonography, digital radiography, endoscopy, oxygen therapy, transfusion products and extensive laboratory services are just a few of the areas that are available in order to quickly diagnose a pet’s illness or injury.
24-hour Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Internal Medicine: treatment of severe illness involving dogs; autoimmune, cushings and other endocrine or blood disorders (anemia), chronic diarrhea, vomiting, urinary tract and kidney diseases, chronic coughing or other pulmonary conditions and liver/gall bladder diseease.
SURGERY: Neurosurgery, knee surgery (TPLO, TTA, MPL), fractures, soft tissue, genitourinary, gastrointestinal, wound reconstruction surgery.

VRC of East Dallas has provided surgery and internal medicine specialty care for dogs and cats since 2004. In order to provide a higher level of efficiency and quality of service, we have combined the internal medicine, surgery and ER/Critical care (LRH Emergency Pet Care) departments in order to provide a seamless continuity of care for situations that may require around the clock care.
Meet the Manager
Carmenn W.
Manager
Carmenn Woolley, DVM, Diplomate American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine attended veterinary school at Oklahoma State and completed her small animal internal medicine residency at Cornell University. She practiced as a staff internist in the California bay area from 2007 – 2009 and enjoys the challenge of diagnosing and treating complex disease processes as well as performing advanced non-invasive diagnostic procedures such as endoscopy, cystoscopy, rhinoscopy and bronchoscopy.
Dr. Lynn Britton completed her surgical internship followed by a 3-year surgical residency program with the Veterinary Specialists of Rochester (NY). Her interests include wound management and reconstruction, fracture repairs, cranial cruciate ligament disease, and intervertebral disc disease while utilizing the latest in medical technology, pain management and rehabilitation.
