US Vision Group

First visit to US Vision went well. Courteous, friendly staff and minimal paperwork. Clean, neat office space. My optometrist, Dr. Kurtin, seemed patient and thorough. Eyeglass prescription with automatic tint quickly filled and reasonably priced.

The appointment was for my mother. They treated her very well. I’m glad I found this office.

Gouging my own eyes out with a pencil would have been better than visiting US VIsion. This was, and continues to be, an absolutely terrible experience. When I first visited on Sat. I got a doctor that was just filling in on the weekends, so there was no continuity each time I called back to ask questions and I never met the doctor that runs this place. It has been TWO MONTHS and US Vision still has not delivered my trial pair of contacts. During my first visit US Vision did not have my pescription available but said they would call me when they got them — They NEVER called. A month later I cam in for a second visit and they STILL did not have my trial pair of contacts. TWO MONTHS later, no phone call and no contacts. US VIsion even said they would send my pair in the mail — still nothing. When I asked the receptionist when I would get my contacts, she replied, «I don’t know, it’s not like I deliver them». This office is absolutely absurd and I am convinced that the receptionists failed middle school.

Quite a wait but friendly good people.

I was in desperate need of a new RX for my glasses. My driver’s license was up for renewal this month. I had been having retina problems and surgery since last Summer, but wasn’t due to go back for follow up from my latest laser surgery until July. I had to have something ASAP. I was able to get an appointment the same day. I was promptly taken back after completing my paper work. Dry Joy is AWESOME! Her state of the art computerized equipment and her expertise now have me seeing so much better. I know I’ll probably need to have the RX changed again depending on what surgery the retina doctor does next, but what a joy it will be to see clearer until that time! Thank you Dr. Joy for taking such good care of me!
