Dempsey Spears, MA, LPC-S the Owner/Director of TLCC «where an open ear is always here». He graduated from Southern University’s CACREP accredited Counseling Masters Program. He specializes in severe mental health issues ranging from psychosis, anxiety, depression, mood disorders. As a therapist, he has designed his practice and intensive outpatient clinic to provide services for severe mentally disabled children and adults.
