Is there a spot to give NO stars??? I HATE this horrible, HORRIBLE clinic! My 22 months old twins have been diagnosed with ear infection after ear infection(not by Dr. Stiles because they dont accept walk ins) from the dr s at Primacare. My son has had 4 in the last 5 months. I asked Dr. Stiles office for an ENT referral and they refused due to the fact that they have never diagnosed them with one there and I understand that. So, I went to Primacare and got all of my sons records from ALL ear infection and PERSONALLY took them to her office and HANDED them to the so-called nurse and she said that she would get the referral faxed to the ENT that day. Well, I called the ENT this morning to confirm that the referral was received and they said they have not received anything for either one of my twins. So, I called the Dr. s office AGAIN, and the lovely nurse that I spoke with yesterday LIED to me and said that she faxed the referral to AmeriGroup and that it had to be authorized/approved by them and that it may take 2 – 3 days before they hear anything back. I thought to myself that that did not sound right. So, I called AmeriGroup myself and spoke to a gentleman there that told me that if the ENT, or ANY doctor for that matter is in the Network, that NOAPPROVAL/AUTHORIZATION needed. He confirmed that the ENT is a Network doctor. The only authorization needed is for surgeries. So, ONCE again, I called Dr. Stiles and spoke with the same nurse and asked her WHY she told me the referral had to be approved when it didnt and she said that is their procedure. She told me they HADTOAUTHORIZE the referral… she is a liar, and the clinical staff are all RUDE. You try to make a sick baby appt and they cant get you in for another week or so and by then, the babies are so sick they have to go to the ER or have gotten better. I am on the phone now as I type this looking for another PCP for my twins!

I love my pediatrician and here is why: Dr Stiles and Dr Tajani are very knowledgeable and support breast feeding The location is close and easy to find The building is brand new The interior is organized(sick side with it’s own door and well side with a door also) The interior is also very clean The staff for the most part is very accomodating and nice(except for one older lady who works the check-in counter who has a permanent scowl and rarely says a word) If you live in old Mesquite or Mesquite in general and need a good pediatrician, I strongly suggest you visit this location and it may be right for you.
