Said it was supposed to be a 17 point oil change. None of the «extras» were completed that said they were complete (windows washed, fluids topped off, vacuum). I’m not even sure if they actually changed the oil… a little bit of oil is dripping from the bottom. Oil does not look clean.

Good service for a fair price. Trust this shop with two vehicles, no complaints. Friendly and knowledgeable service techs. 17 pt inspection good to go. I keep my vehicles well maintained, and they didn’t try to over sell. Super fast was in and done in 10 min.

This place is a joke, I was in and out in about 10 min but they said they where doing a 17pt inspection hmm not sure about that I know what’s up with my car and they never addressed anything that I was expecting them too, also can we talk about the lack of professionalism I think I heard the F bomb dropped no less then 20x. The awkward flirting at the front desk was gross and horrible to listen to, all around never again and highly don’t recommend go some where else asap!

UNDER NEW (crappy) management!
We just left there and they were playing BASEBALL in the back parking lot, they told my husband they had vacuumed, washed windows, topped fluids… and did NONE OF IT, $ 80 for a oil change with none of the 17 point items that say «completed».
DO NOT GO HERE, I was a loyal customer until today. What a waste of money.

My wife went up there on Saturday 02÷07÷15 to get a oil change. They did it in less than 15 minutes… But they said the did a 17 point inspection. They didn’t top off any of the fluids under the hood didn’t clean the windows like they said they did. Now I’m wondering if they even changed the oil, it doesn’t look like clean oil on the dip stick. So I’ll never use that place again the are awful, called up there they don’t care. So this is a warning not to go there.

Brought my car in for a oil change they filled it with TWICE the amount. Got my car back to their lot bc it broke down on the side of the road. The owner REFUSED to do anything for my car after they messed it up. While my car was in their lot my radio got stolen the police think it’s a inside job bc no windows were broken. So on top of them not knowing how to do a oil change they are theives to. The owner couldn’t even be bothered to show up when my radio got stolen.

Called beforehand to see how long an oil change would take and was told about 15 – 20 minutes, and it took less than that! The customer service was excellent and price was cheap. Definitely will make this my primary place to get a fast and affordable oil change in the future.

****warning****mohammed is the new manager @ speedee on galloway in mesquite texas and speede has truly taken a turn for the worst! warning do not trust this guy with your vehicle, just know you’ve been warned! i have never in my life written any reviews but felt compelled to write this one as no one else should get scammed! i am now taking legal actions for this scammer!

I never thought that I’d write a review for an auto service company, but these guys are amazing!
The customer service provided by the full Speedee team is more like an experience you would have with a concierge at a 5-​star resort. Each employee goes above and beyond to provide +1 level service. They explain everything incredibly thoroughly and are very fast, too.

Service was slow considering all I needed was a state inspection. Took nearly 45 mins.
