Every time I go to this location they get my order wrong. I always get a route 44 strawberry slush with 4 extra scoops of strawberries. On my reciept I pay for the extra scoops (not complaining about that) but when I get my slush they take out the strawberries and they tell me EVERY SINGLE TIME it’s busy. We got your drink mixed up with someone else’s. And if I want my
Money back they want the slush back because they can use it next time. What? Place is horrible. Horrible service. Just rude and apparently disgusting.

Been here several times, terrible service almost every single time. Rude employees that screw up your order on a regular basis are not helping things. This visit is my last at this location. Also, clean the place up, looks like crap.

I’ve been here two or three time and every time it’s like one of those nightmares where you wait forever for either nothing to happen or something horrible to.
One of the times we saw an employee cleaning the serving trays with Windex without wiping them down or cleaning them off more afterward and another just stick the orders on there not caring of the potentially harmful affects that could have on the food and drinks and those that would eat it.
Every time the employees were rude, sarcastic, slow, and seemingly moronic. It took at least twenty minutes each time for us to get our orders and the place was by no means busy any of those times.
My sister’s food was cold, hard, and just all around disgusting. I’m fairly certain even Gollum wouldn’t eat it.
This is for sure a location that needs to be whipped into shape or closed down. I recommend staying away from it.
