As of ¹²⁄₂₀₁₄ the folks who actually give the massages are Chinese. I have been three times in the past few months. The owner has a flyer about himself available at the register and he is not Chinese. He doesn’t hide that. The massage was fine and the going rate of about $ 1 per minute is what was charged. I recommend this place. It’s low key and the folks are very good at their craft; namely, Chinese deep tissue massage.
