Update: Okay, this doctor is not unprofessional and I was just having a super bad day when I was sick and it got the best of me. I was just upset that I wasn’t cured ASAP! Which every ones wants but sadly we can’t get. So, I do apologize for my explosive rant on this doctor. On another note this was drafted on a different day then the posting. Those of you who use Unilocal will understand.

My insurance was about to terminate, so I called Dr. Rodriguez office to schedule an appointment for a physical. I was was given an appointment for the next day, which was a Saturday. When I got there, some girl came to the front window and told me they were about to close, that the Doctor leaves at 10:00 am, I explained to her that I had called and scheduled an appointment and was told to be there at 10:00. She looked at me like if I was crazy, and like if I was lying. She went to the back and asked the other girl if they had spoke to me, of course they all said no! She even tried to blame in on an extern, that was not even there. It seem to me that she was more interested in finding out who did it, than to finding out the solution. The Dr. was still there, and after I explained that my insurance was going to terminate Monday they still refused to see me, after they droped the ball in the first place! He could of fixed the problem and appologied for the mistake his office made. But he didn’t.
I’m never going to this Doctor ever again, staff is very unprofessional and rude!!!
