Love this place and their awesome smoothies but the hours are a bit ridiculous. I literally go out of my way to come here and I’ve been a regular customer for months but they really need to put some signs up if their regular hours are subject to change on a daily basis. Consistency is key and very important, so this place will most likely lose all of their regular customers and future customers if they don’t get it together. In addition, thanks to one of the employees now I have the recipe for a couple of my favorites so I can buy the ingredients and make them at home and I won’t have to worry about now blending not being open at noon on a Tuesday :)

I came here on Saturday at 3:30 in the afternoon for a smoothie. I was looking for the smoothie factory but they obviously switched names, not a big deal walked up and the door was locked looked in and there were two girls working, saw me but didn’t acknowledge me. I looked at the hours on the door and it stated they close at 8 p.m. on Saturday so I knocked on the door and pointed to the hour sign the lady got a huge attitude and threw her hands up and yelled«we are still closed»!. It was very rude I will never go back… What a horrible way to start a new business and to close that early on Saturday clearly the new owners and the girls that work there are very lazy. Probably won’t last long and with their attitudes I hope they don’t.

Closed at 11:30 on a Thursday? Doesn’t seem like smart business to me. Looked in the door and the place is hardly stocked with merchandise. We got a bad vibe from the place and will not be returning even if it were open. Go get a smoothie down the road at Starbucks

I came here looking for Smoothie Factory — apparently it must have closed recently! No worries. This place was great — and local! The pricing is about the same as Smoothie King/Factory. They have a long menu with lots of choices. I tried the PB&J smoothie which was great, my husband had something with pineapple in it which was OK. One noticeable difference between this place and the chains is it seems to use much less in the way of sweetener, making me feel like I’m actually consuming something nutritious. It’s still sweetened with honey, just doesn’t have that junky sweet taste you get from the fruit syrups and turbinado sugars that is common with the other smoothie joints. I look forward to trying it out some more and reporting my results! They don’t have a website, but I linked their loyalty program provided via Five Stars in the website spot.
