Waited almost an hour and my bus never came. Not sure about during daylight, but in the early morning that place is terrifying. It’s a place where drifters should use the bathroom and crimelords should dump bodies, and that’s about it. Bus never came, and no one was on site to explain what was going on. No one answered the phone, even when the home office tried to call them the next day. Two days later, the home office finally told me the bus arrived an hour late, which would have made me late for my next connection anyway. No refund offered. No thanks, Greyhound.
