The newly remodeled Gregory’s Mesquite Grill truly celebrates Mesquite through its exquisite cuisine cooked on a mesquite wood grill, traditional décor and great customer service.
The menu features all the old-time favorites, along with added specialties of live Maine lobster and Italian cuisine. A new wood grill made from mesquite wood adds a special ingredient of sorts to every dish.
Owner Gregory Lee made the restaurant an extension of his home: welcoming and warm. With two dining rooms, one more reserved and the other with a relaxed club house feel, Gregory’s Mesquite Grill is perfect for a nice family dinner or a special romantic evening with a loved one.
History
Established in 1997.
The Eureka Casino Resort was originally founded as Rancho Mesquite by Gregory T.H. Lee and his father, Ted Lee. The Lee family is tenacious about customer service and has expanded and remodeled the property frequently to provide better customer service.
The Eureka Casino Resort has over 200 hotel rooms and suites, over 1,100 slot machines, 20 table games, a poker room, a bingo hall, and a sports book. The property features three full service restaurants, Mason Street Courtyard (open 24⁄7), Experience: The Buffet (dinner service Thursdays through Saturdays and Sunday brunch), and Gregory’s Mesquite Grill (dinner service daily).

Manager
Alexander K is the Director of Development & Administration for Eureka Casinos. He helps manage and operate Eureka Casino in Las Vegas and Eureka Casino Resort in Mesquite.
