Dallas Regional Medical Center

This hospital is o. k at best. Apparently its being updated and that always causes delays. However The CAT SCAN department needs some help of any kind. Trying to get results for a scan done a week and half ago is nearly impossible. Not only is the Dr. having problems so am I. There is no excuse for such a lack of care and delivering medical results in a timely manner.
My comment: Please get it together! If you just don t need customers. I look forward to seeing on FORBES 100 MOST WEALTHIEST HOSPITAL! No excuse for neglect!
The admitting is nice helpful and they even ask me after seeing me there for so long was i being helped. It s clean. They do need to figure out which room they want to go to before you get to the scan rooms. I changed 3 times. Remember the customer or patients make the hospital work with their money. I was out patient and so glad. ls

My mother has been here for over a week now and the level of care seems rather good.
She is a frequent flyer at Medical City Dallas and the level of care between there and here is ridiculous. Dallas Regional is 10 times better without a doubt.
The ICU seems very clean and it appears they have plenty of staff for the number of rooms.
If you’re in the Mesquite area and need quick emergency care I wouldn’t pass this up.
A week and a half later and my mother is still here. Her days are numbered but the level of care, attention and support we have received from the staff has been unmatched anywhere. She has been moved to a hospice room and the nurses are so attentive to my mother’s needs. From applying chapstick to her lips to lotion or baby powder; thank you Dallas Regional for all that you have done

This is the worst hospital on the planet. They will keep you as long as they can to bill your insurance $$$$$ with no attention, no meds, and no help. The first night my mother was there, they had her in a room without a TV. She was there for hypertension and the first night I believed they checked her blood pressure once the first night, despite being there for 12 hours. Every day she was there they kept saying they were keeping her for testing but no tests were being performed. I know hospitals are ultimately in business to make money, but this is ridiculous.
Go anywhere but here… you’ll regret it. You’ve been warned.

This hospital is dirty, extremely slow and usually full. The staff are rude and short with patients. I would NOT recommend going here unless you have NO other choice!

Will never go back. I’d rather die.
Charges for things that weren’t done. Dr. in ER basically told me to see my regular Dr the next day. The charge for this. $ 1,400.00.
I have insurance. This was after insurance paid them for stuff that wasn’t done.
Calling them is a nightmare. No one knows anything. You get transferred all over the place. That is if someone actually answers the phone.
You have to work this hard to do nothing.
They still got my insurance to pay them.
