Your back hurts. Your neck hurts. Maybe you know the exact cause or maybe the pain hit without warning. We are your front line against back and neck pain.

CSC is dedicated to the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of both acute and chronic back and neck pain, including curvature of the spine (scoliosis), traumatic injuries and degenerative conditions.

Dr. Farley specializes in non-surgical and surgical management of spinal disorders utilizing the most advanced, sophisticated techniques for the best possible healing and recovery.

Conservative non-surgical care is always our first choice. Only after physical therapy, activity modification, anti-inflammatory agents, and pain medications or injections have failed, is surgery considered. Physical therapy to build a strong back is one of the most valuable tools in rehabilitation and recovery.

Dr. Farley genuinely listens to your concerns and discusses options in terms you can understand. Then together you decide the most effective course of treatment. Close partnership with your primary care physician and other non-surgical specialist assures continuity and coordination of care.
