Get ready because this is lengthy. called about 3 or more weeks ago and spoke to Brenda who seemed on top of her job. Brenda took all my travel specifications and said she would call me the next day as they were about to close so that was fine. One week and a half later I still had not heard from her so I CALLED HER BACK and she basically said she had been busy with a destination wedding but she would get back to me soon. What that sounds like to me is that she blew me off because she didn’t think I was that important. It has been another two weeks and no call or update. I have had to call this lady every time which is crappy service. I called All Travel in Mesquite Tx and within less than four days Sherry had called me and planned and set up our vacation. Don’t bother calling All Destinations unless you plan to spend a lot of money or they won’t value you at all and I would like to point out that our vacation wasn’t cheap, we are going to Cancun for 4 days.
