History

Established in 2015.

We moved to Sugar’s Meadow Bed & Breakfast about a year ago and still pinch ourselves every morning to make sure we’re not dreaming. This place is amazing and we would love to share it with anyone looking for a mix of relaxation and adventure. Try us out… you won’t be disappointed.

Kelly and I enjoy hosting fine folks looking to experience northern Michigan the way we do every day. Sharing our home and lifestyle is vacation enough for anyone. Kelly is a superb cook and gardener, and making home dinners is another available option at Sugar’s Meadow Bed & Breakfast (one day notice required). I am the consummate northern Michigan guide. I run a private luxury charter boat service in Traverse City, and am a seasoned Crystal Mountain ski instructor in the winter. I also bird hunt with our Hungarian Viszla pointing dog, and enjoy engaging in pistol, rifle, and shotgun shooting sports.
