World Wide RV

My husband and I have been looking for a motorhome for some time. We found World Wide RV in Mesa AZ and walked away with a beautiful used motorhome. From the minute we stepped on their lot we had great service. We were shown a coach in our price range, our salesman Greg Pope was very helpful showing us see everything inside and out he worked side by side with the finance team to secure our loan. The concerns we had are being addressed and fixed while in the final inspection and detail before we take possession. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used recreation vehicle.

My husband had been searching for our first toy hauler for a couple of months. He finally decided on Jayco. He went into WWRV and spoke w/​Greg Pope. When he came home, he couldn’t say enough good things about Greg. He said Greg was very knowledgeable. A week ago, we went in to check some Jayco’s out and I had the pleasure of meeting Greg. I’ve read a few bad reviews on here about the sales people and I guess they weren’t as fortunate as us bq we can’t say one bad thing about Greg. I hope to be able to say the same thing about the service dept in the future.

Rude sales people. I choose to go a different dealer because they offered a better price on same model RV, the salesperson actually texted me back never to contact him again.

My family and i left this dealership on Friday very heart broken we went to pick up are new 2016 jayflight and we left with out it as well left with heavy hearts. .are new rig the a. c didn’t work the fridge didn’t wk and a LG bubble to the back off the rig as well as scratches and dings. .one of the individuals was very rude and ugly with my husband by the way his name is Greg. the point of my story is they couldn’t deliver us a rig in proper working condition and made excuses after excuses and then Said it was us really that’s the best they could do. .if after reading my comments and you are still interested i highly recommend you to only to business with a man named Cordell

Absolutely horrible service. I paid them to inspect my RV — in particular the roof and slideout area for leaks (proactive service). As I was driving away with the RV, I noticed that the dome cover over the breeze fan in the bedroom was still cracked — this was something they were supposed to identify and repair (or at the very least identify this as an issue and make recommendations and provide repair cost if applicable). I elected to simply patch this item myself. Later, I found vent covers on the roof cracked (this should have been identified) and the slideout was missing several trim pieces and obviously leaking. None of these items were identified or even communicated. Basically, got charged a huge sum of money for absolutely nothing. Horrible experience.

I bought a Jayco RV at Show low AZ in September 2013. I PURCHASED a warranty when I purchased the RV. I trade the Jayco in February and purchase a new one. I call World Wide RV in Mesa AZ in March to cancel the service contract. I have called over several times and getting no where with their finances section. On April 17 2015 and they said they would have a check ln the mail in the first week in May. Here it is June and still no check. This is very bad for a major dealer.

Outstanding service! The heater in our Jayco trailer stopped working while we were in the area and it was under warranty. Although they couldn’t get us in for two days they loaned us a heater and when we did come in for our appointment we were in and out withing 2 hours. Not only fixing the heater but taking care of two other warranty items. Service employee Bobby is wonderful — polite, efficient and very caring — thank you so much!

Nice sales department

I had a great experience today at Worldwide RV. My wife and I knew exactly what we were looking before, and went in and had a great time haggling with Greg Pope there. He was very genuinely nice, very knowledgeable, and had a great attitude. After many many offers and counters, we arrived at a price I felt very comfortable with that was significantly lower than the sticker price. Throughout the negotiations, we were having fun, as I really enjoy the haggle. I can’t speak yet for the service department, but I do think that sales were top notch.

I I paid these guys 35,000 for a Jayco trailer and when I brought it in for the first service they can only fix the things they decided they were responsible for. The problem is they did not put down the leveling gear on the unit and one arm was slightly damaged so the first time we took it out we noticed it so we brought it back and they refuse to fix it. They were the only Jayco dealer with this unit if I could find the same unit at another dealer I would have jumped on it, so I was kind of railroaded into buying the trailer there but if you find the same trailer at another dealer I would suggest you go with that dealer it will save you in the long run.

We went to World Wide RV to look at Jayco travel trailers. They have a huge selection! Sales Manager, Cordell Secrist showed us several models and was very helpful advising us newbies to the RV scene. Overall, it was a great experience.

We bought a Jayco C Class in oct 2012. we had a great experience in our trade in and working with their sales team. We also bought the extended warranty service on the vehicle. The Jayco had only 10,000 miles on it and we knew we got a great deal.
Last month we needed some service done to it for a trip we planned in October 2014. We gave the service manager til the end of September to have the rig. Flash forward to end of September, it took us several calls to reach Bob as he never initiated a call to us. He gave us indications that they just looked at the vehicle and had to order parts. Early October we had to get an emissions check and license renewal. Parts still not in, Slide out Seal came completely off and some parts still on order. They HAD IT A MONTH AND WAITED FOR US TO CALL!!!
Well it gets worse, the vehicle failed the emissions test (13,000 miles and a recent tuneup and this??)
Warrant does not cover slide out seal… complained to David the GM, he said he would call back… NEVER DID.
I wish I could say customer service is bad, BUT IT DOESNT EVEN EXIST.
Had to cancel a family reunion in Denver and eat a camp site deposit. Do not go there for service and for that fact, I would no longer recommend sales business there, although we recommend friends in 2012 and 13… no longer will that occur.

we have been in the market for a, rv when we came in touch with, codell seacrist at world wide rv, he really took care of us and went way out of his way to get us not only what we wanted but, what we needed, also i cant say enough about the parts dept as well as others P&J L of show low, az

I am a previous customer of World Wide RV and used to have great experiences there. This week we had almost exactly the situation as the review from Pat L. Dropped my coach for repair and when I picked it up the residue from my leaking aqua hot system was still there. I asked if they tested it and they said yes. Twenty minutes later when I got home I tested it and it leaked immediately. I know they said they fixed it and didn’t even touch it. The Assistant service manager also does not answer the phone and is very rude. If you want good service and communication this is not the spot for you.

Wish I could give a negative star rating… I almost broke a blood vessel in my forehead getting mad. We had a very painful/​goofy sales experience with them a few months ago. My wife still cannot stop talking about it. When we bought a Jayco trailer (someplace else) I lost my memory and brought it here for service. They are a major Jayco service provider in the area… one goofy sales guy probably didn’t represent the whole business… that was my thinking anyway. So now maybe one goofy service manager probably doesn’t define the total business either, but crappy service is still crappy service. Save your blood pressure pills and take your trailer down the street to Cassone’s RV, formerly known as Smooth Finish.

We brought our Toyhauler in to Worldwide RVs in Mesa, AZ on 1÷10÷13 for service on the gas pump station and the generator. The gas pumping station was diagnosed as a «switch in the wrong position», and the generator «a quart low on oil», which we found to be rather strange, since we had just done an oil change and and the dip stick was reading full.
When we picked it up the service detail report was: the mechanic «fixed» the gas station by tie wrapping the switch in the upright position, and «adding oil» to the generator. When we picked it up I asked if they had a gas can to use to verify the pump station was working and they told me no they did not, but ensured me it was working. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on both because it sounded plausible.
However… when we got home I immediately got a gas can to try the gas pump station and it was NOT working. I called to speak to the service technician to let him know it was not working and he said I could «bring it back in». As we are 40 miles from the location I did not. Not that big a deal since I could carry gas in 5 gal gas cans. The part that has me pissed off is when we were 200 miles from home the next weekend on a dunes trip and the generator had the exact same issue; stalled after about 20 mins of running. Being a little upset my wife called down and vented her dissatisfaction and they hung up on her. When she tried to call back they did not answer. She called from my cell phone and they answered and she tried to again explain the issue and her dissatisfaction and asked to get the $ 100.00 «diagnosis fee» credited back. The service advisor told her he would call her back on Monday when we were back in town. The call never came… We called back to speak to the owner and again got the «bring it back in «response, back fell short if refunding our $ 100.00.
At the dunes my buddy had had the same pump station issue and it was the gears seized up so we pulled the motor/​gear assembly and cleaned up the gears, re-​installed, and the pump station was working fine. Good for me, bad for them as my wife was now even more upset. Not such luck with the generator though; could not keep it running for more than 20 mins. Plugged in to my buddies RV and we were good for the weekend. We took the RV to another service provider and they diagnosed the generator issue as a bad fuel pump. In addition we found out that the Onan 4000 generator does not even have a low oil shutoff feature, so he was confused as to why Worldwide’s tech said that is what it was… My wife again called down to request our $ 100.00 diagnosis fees back and they got pretty belligerent, even going as far as calling her «moronic» and a «liar».
Needless to say, we will NOT be using Worldwide RVs for our service or recommending them to any of our RV family… Still dealing with Worldwide RV to get our money back and will posting feedback on BBB and any other forum we find so others will not have the same experience.
