Weight Loss Institute of Arizona – Gilbert / Mesa

My experience at WLIA was fantastic! Everyone was very nice and asked me if I understood and/​or had any questions. I was seen by 5 of the Dr.‘s staff (all part of the process… they each help with a component of your care) and Dr. DeBarros. Most of the girls who talked to me were very up beat and happy, and genuinely seemed like they cared about what they did. The phlebotomist who drew my blood only had to put the needle in me once… that’s seriously unheard of with me! She was FANTASTIC and I didn’t even bruise after and I’m a hard stick… she was awesome and funny!
Dr. DeBarros is an interesting guy… he has many opinions about many things and will go off in tangents about random things, for instance, he put lots of emphasis on just doing what your wife says (he said this to my husband) because if you just listen to her it makes your life easier… he’s a smart man!
I’m excited for the future and can’t wait to have my surgery!
