Good service, nice selection and everything was fresh. Missing one star due to steep prices.

I don’t remember who helped me, but there was two. One who was primarily at the cashier desk and the other was more in the back.
The cashier lady was very nice. I made conversation with her, and she was pretty receptive. She seemed happy to be working there.
The other one was a bit rude once I told her to put together a white flower and pink flower bouquet. She asked me which flowers I wanted and I picked two, and asked what other options that she had. In an angered voice she said that she can put whatever flowers I want. I said I am not creative enough to put together an arrangement but I guess I can go online and look one for her to mimic. She then asked me for my budget. Once I told her, she became overly nice and said she can put together a nice arrangement for me. As we were leaving, she was cheerful and sweet. It was so strange to observe the change in character. Me and friend noticed how her attitude flipped a 180 once I gave her my budget. The budget was only $ 45. Not much but maybe much for a Sunday?
Anyways, thanks for the arrangement as my sickly mother loved it and it made her hospital room smell like a garden! I don’t know if I would go back because of the attitude, but maybe a phone order instead. We will see on my next trip to Phoenix.

Stopped by for the first time to get flowers for the lady. I requested something with sunflowers in a short square vase. They were very helpful, but something together and showed great creativity. Those flowers have been on display in her home for over a week and they’re still going strong. I’ll be back for more in the near future!

This place has been great to pick up flowers for my wife on the weekends. I normally call about an hour before I plan to pick up and they do an awesome job. I ask for them to make up a hand-​wrapped bouquet (sometimes with specific requests) within a certain price point, and they never disappoint me.

I would LOVE to give Watson a 4 star review. But, I cannot… at this time.
I called ahead of time as I was at the airport and unfortunately the PHX Sky Harbor airport does NOT have a flower shop in it… ridiculous.
Anyway, I needed a flower shoppe near the event venue I was in town for and Watson had 5 stars and they were open till 6! Bingo.
I called and spoke with Jacob. VERY nice guy over the phone. Explained my situation.
I arrived about 5:25pm.
I browsed and saw a few bouquets I liked, but was not in love with them. I asked for something to be created and in a specific price range.
As the bouquet was being put together (took a really long time), I requested more «fill» or greenery to beef it up. After all, this was going to be presented to my BFF on her Med school accomplishment.
I was given the opportunity to fill out a little card too. That was a nice touch.
I had to ask for more fill/​greens 2x! It costs a florist NOTHING to add more greenery to a bouquet! I was not asking for flowers. It seemed like it was a foreign concept. Although the guy remained nice to me. I appreciate that. Customer service is important.
Anyway, the bouquet was very nicely put together.
Came out lovely. The price was reasonable for a fresh bouquet.
My issue is…
For fresh flowers, I was not given a fresh flower food packet.
The bouquet was not fully wrapped.
He was eager to add in a few orange lillies. I guess now I know why.
The lillies were already sick to begin with.
Poor things did not make it through the night! Fell apart and were wilted BEFORE the ceremony was over and the ceremony was in an hour after I got the bouquet.
I was SO upset. I did call the next day and it was too early, before the shop opened. I was so busy that weekend, I did not have time to call back.
I am really disappointed in the bouquet after the lillies began to die just an hour after purchasing them. The flowers otherwise were nice, but I doubt I could recco or return here.

My husband always chooses Watson’s when he orders me flowers and they never disappoint. I received an arrangement of white lilies with white babies breath on September 13^th for our 35^th wedding anniversary. My husband didn’t know the address of my office, but told them the name of the company and they took care of the rest. My flowers arrived at the correct location, no problem.
The arrangement came with quite a few buds and one by one they all opened. It is now September 21^st and I still have one lily left. I know I’ll have to probably throw it out tomorrow, but the babies breath still look as good as they day they arrived.
Watson’s always uses the freshest flowers that last days longer then any other florist’s I’ve experienced.

I love Watson’s flowers. I received a dozen roses from my sweetheart on Valentine’s day and they lasted over 2 ½ weeks. It’s so awesome. The arrangements are nice looking and last a LOT longer than grocery store flowers.
