Worst customer service at customer service counter ever. Lazy, slow workers who are walking around like they are in a daze or own the place and don’t care if there are 8 people in line and only one person woking but they can stand back there chatting with each other about nothing instead of helping customers. And then they let people cut in front of others that where waiting in line for over 10minutes instead of making them get back in line. Don’t like your job? go find a different one!

Every time I come here I can not get any help in the outdoor section. I have spent over an hour there before just to get someone to come get me a box of ammo. I asked for a manager and they basically said sorry we will get you when we get you.

This review is for the auto center. I took my brother’s car in to get a new tire put on. It took over two hours and I watched– the car was only taken in about 40 minutes before I was given the keys back. I had requested that the spare be put back under the car where it belongs, but it was put in the trunk instead? Not sure how that makes sense. One additional star for the fact that they informed me of nails in the other tires, and for Clarence at the service desk, who was friendly if dishonest(he told me I would be good to go in under an hour). It’s Walmart. Don’t go unless you have to, and definitely find another place to take your car. I should have just purchased the tire and walked away!

First timer at this location. It was convenient based on me being at this shopping plaza anyway. Intended to buy 2 computers and possibly a tv. I couldn’t get the time of day from anyone. No less than 4 workers casually walked by me while I stood there pondering which one to get. I could’ve been more assertive and just grabbed someone, but ya know what… why should I have to… They weren’t even busy. Oh well, I’m heading off to spend this 1000 somewhere other than any other walmart. I even put back the smaller things I had in my hand. I wish I wasn’t invisible. Bye.

Worst Walmart ever. And we are talking about Walmarts here. I don’t really have the highest standards. The employees are helpless. I’ve called them on two separate occasions, and was put on hold for over 20 minutes both times. I had an employee tell me he didn’t want to transfer me to customer service because they were really busy. I later found out he just didn’t know how to transfer. Because my boyfriend called and got a hold of customer service within minutes. I’m actually writing this review as I’m on hold right now and I could probably write an entire novel before they take my call. But I think you get it.

I called to ask if they had a watch pin remover. I was put on hold for half an hour before being put on hold by somebody else for another half an hour. On the phone for an hour, and I still don’t know if they have one. Well that’s okay, because I’m sure as shit not going there now!

Terrible all around. Third world country status bathrooms, staff members, and customer treatment.

I buy Dickies here and camping stuff. Also, cleaning supplies. I’ve even found decent produce form time to time. And you can’t beat those grocery prices. I try to be all hoity-toity about not shopping here, but the electronics sections and cheap grocery prices cannot be beat sometimes. This Walmart is typical, and as for the employees, they’re pretty nice. Some would say their not nice at all, but I say cut them some slack, and hug a Walmart employee today, squeeze a tush(JK, lest you want to be smacked down).

The worst customer service. One person behind the counter. They called for help a few times and no one came to help. Waited over 30 minutes and the line was super long. Don’t ever go to this walmart. Chose another one

Peak evening traffic and they have all but 4 lames closed. Each with 20+ people in line… Left my full cart behind.

It’s a Walmart. It’s cleaner than the one by Thomas Rd in Phoenix, but of course is a huge mess. Employees are rude and cold, store smells weird, and it’s crowded. I don’t come here often, but as every other Walmart: it could use a lift trainning the employees and maintaining the floor. Enough said…

I bought a Brita faucet water filter today from this location to get home and find that it had been USED! It has disgusting yellow crust around the filter base and mineral build up around the faucet adapter. How is this acceptable to be put back on the sales floor?! This is inexcusable. I will be returning this tomorrow and not shopping here or at any Walmart again. Nasty.

I went here for Black Friday to watch the mayhem. In Walmart they build these arenas, with caution tape where the sales are put and at a certain time the caution tape is lifted and whoever gets there first gets their prize. Imagine the Hunger Games, opening arena scene. Except the poor Walmart employees and some cops are inside trying to keep order. There is always a few that don’t care and coffees go flying, people get knocked over. It is. amazing. what people will do for a sale. 2 Stars — A lot of the«sale» items, matched their online price on Amazon. Not a true sale, jsut an alusion.

Needed to get something quickly. Lots of parking available and was able to find a pretty decent spot to run in, get something, and run out. I like this Wal-Mart. Prices are great.

The worst auto center guy ever… Whoever the taller, larger middle aged guy is that works in auto center is the worst customer service ever Came in looking for a battery for my project truck and he was very snobby and condescending with absolutely no reason to be Good thing that his attitude made me leave because he was trying to get me to buy the completely wrong battery anyway!

I worked at Walmart in high school back in the stone age, so I always vow to myself to never return to one, however it seems like when you’re travelling you always need something and there’s always a Walmart nearby. Typical walmart. They had everything we needed and were looking for and actually had a good selection of booze(not used to that in Colorado).

I am not a Walmart fan, but for some reason when I travel I end up at one because I need something. So for that reason I am glad they are around. This one is the super variety, with grocery and all. In AZ, they can apparently sell hard alcohol, so that was a nice benefit! All is exactly how you would expect. My only really weird item was that when I checked out, I bought vodka and the cashier would only sell it to me if I showed my ID and my husband showed his ID(he was waiting near by, I was paying). Totally bizarre. I mean we aren’t exactly spring chickens so I doubt she thought we were underage, it was just weird! Why would a person NOT purchasing booze need to show and ID? Whatever, Walmart weirdness!

It’s Walmart. This location is always super busy. Always long lines at the registers and tying to use the self checkout is a recipe for disaster.
