I just want to say the reason I go back is for Cindy!!! She takes the time and passion for all her clients. She does amazing work.

Went into this place a few hours before closing and the guy who did my nails took entirely too long. I had several people who work there confront me to try and up sell what I went in there for. After I said that I did not want gel nails the guy proceeded to explain how they were better an he would not accept my answer. The job took so long the shop had closed and I was still getting my nails done. Before I picked out my polish the lady insisted that I pay first and insisted on tipping the guy. At least three people walked up to me and bullied me into giving the guy a tip and the guy hadn’t even started polishing my nails yet. After my nails were polished the people rushed me out and my nail polish job was destroyed due to lack of letting the nails dry. The nails were so thin they ended up breaking in half within a day. This is probably by far the worst experience i have had. I normally do not write reviews and I can tolerate a lot, however i felt inclined to say something about this place to hopefully save both money and time for another person. Stay away from this place! No good.

Awful. I asked how long the wait was, they said no wait. ½ hour later some one finally comes to start my pedicure. The ‘hot stone massage’ consisted of them running two room temperature rocks on my legs once. My manicure looks like something I could have done. Not impressed and will not be returning.

I love this place. CINDY does ny nails &is soooo sweet&caring. She takes her time even when busy. I always come in with crazy ideas and she’s done them great every single time. I’m a hairstylist so my hands are in water alot, Cindy makes sure they won’t lift because fungus is never fun lol she goes out of her way to make you happy. For instance I broke 2 nails working out so I went in to see Cindy to get them fixed(nail repair is $ 5 per nail) my nails are pretty detailed with tons of gems & long, shaped like a coffin, so my repairs aren’t that easy. Cindy first off told me to come in cuz I called first&they were closing in 10min. Then she spent 45min fixing the 2 broken ones matching them up perfectly & again covering them with the gems about 20 I’d say. Anyways she said no charge & told me she would see me for my fill. I was blown away so obviously I tipped her the $ 20 I was expecting to pay($ 10 nail repair $ 8tip) but her kindness got a $ 20. I’m in beauty industry & know it’s ppl like her that stand out&above the rest. Thankyou Cindy your the best !!!

Worst experience… ever. Made the cuticles on two fingers bleed with the clippers, burnt my toe nail with the grinder, left the acetone on my fingernails(to remove previous gel) until my fingers burned and didn’t even get all of the old nail polish off before painting. The gentleman who painted my nails apparently has a medical condition that makes his hands shake so bad I ended up with clear coat on my skin all around the nails. The people were nice, but the experience was dreadful. Do. Not. Go.

The worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Cold water, the lady asked if I wanted a design so I said yes but only in black and no flowers, so naturally I get a white flower with perfect circle pedals. The pedicure was painful and the amount it time to put on coats and coats of nail polish, then take it off again just to put it back on… ridiculous. Large waste of money. Upside: the people were nice. Save your money. Now it’s home to take it all off.

Great prices and very pleasant. The guy filled and fixed my nails after my nightmare salon visit at Haleys a few weeks back. I will definately be back here again! :)

They are very busy, but NOTVERYCLEAN!!! Technicians never clean tubs between clients… When I asked how they cleaned between clients, the manager sent technician to find disinfectant, but the tech did not know anything about the cleaning solution. Manager then went to get a jug of disinfectant to show me they had some. Tools are not sterilized or cleaned between clients. Manager set instruments on dirty floor before using them. Also, previous clients’ candy wrappers were stuck to the table when I was offered to sit in spa chair… Probably will not return.

I had gotten a full set and a pedicure. I love the color on my toes! They fixed my hot mess nails I had gotten done at another local salon and made me feel at home. The prices are fantastic and they are very sweet ladies. Haven’t met the men who work here but I love it!!!

My friend and I found this place on Unilocal and loved it! We were seated right away and we both had a full set done for a reasonable price($ 20!) And they said the next time we come back it would only be $ 14 for a fill! But they were very friendly… ask for Roger!

I love it here. I’m new to Mesa and I found it by chance. The prices are reasonable, the last few times I got a French gel manicure and a French pedicure and it was around $ 60. They also give a shoulder massage while your nails are drying which is cool. Also, my gel manicures last 3 – 4 weeks from these guys and other places only 2 – 3 weeks. That’s saying a lot because I am a teacher and my nail polish usually takes a beating at work.

I like this nail shop. They are clean and pamper you. However they can be a bit pushy on their upsells. If you go, I suggest Cindy for nails/manicures and Rose for pedicures. I didn’t care for Kelly she is not good at acrylic nails and insists on doing it her way after I told her a million times that I didn’t like it her way.

I don’t know what the prices are like in Arizona, but I assume $ 18.99 for a spa pedicure(& stone massage) is decent. The staff was friendly and the service above average. I felt they had a decent selection of color and enough chairs(6) if it should get packed. I’m rating Vo5 a four because of the woooonderful leg and foot massage. Most salons get your feet and leg wet, dried off, and lotioned. And that’s it. I would have sworn he spent almost 10 minutes on each leg/foot. I started to dose off from being so relaxed. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised at the end, when he propped me up to dry my nails, he also give me a nice neck/back massage. Short, but pleasant :) The only reason why this isn’t 5 stars is because he didn’t stop me from picking baby blue :(!!! My toes look like a baby blue middle schooler. Haha but jokes aside, it’s because the shape he cut for the big toe could have been better. I suppose I could have said something too. I’m a chicken. But totally going back again.

I tried this nail salon after reading all the good reviews. The staff was very friendly, but kept telling me I wanted a pedicure which I never requested and acted bent out of shape that I didn’t want one. I went in to get a gel fill and gel polish change only and told them that over the phone when I scheduled. They didn’t have that many gel colors to choose from and the girl kept telling me I needed a powder(acrylic) fill, but I finally got her to agree that I needed a gel fill. I felt like she was not familiar/comfortable with the liquid gel. Most of my nails are filed crooked as well. 3 of my nails have broke since I have had them done. I am net very hard on them either and I have never had a gel nail break before and I have been getting them done for years. I am really upset over my experience. I don’t have tips, just my real nails, so I am going to have to wait awhile to have them fixed correctly.

Not bad!!! :) Came here after being treated rudely at another nearby salon. Had a limited window to get my nails done and found this place online with decent reviews. I did not receive the best pedicure, the pricing wasn’t as originally presented nor did my treatment last very long… However, the customer service was great(Thank you Tommy!!!), it was clean and comfortable, and the leg/foot massage(especially the warm stones) felt great!!! I would recommend this place to others but not if your looking for an inexpensive, well detailed and thorough pedicure. They are good though overall and the atmosphere is great(hence the 4 stars)!!!

Took two and a half hours for Mani pedi. I sat for long periods of time in between with no one working on me while they accommodated other walk-ins. My GEL! Manicure chipped off 5 fingers by day 3.

Finally a great nail salon! This place sets itself apart from the rest 4 sure! First things first, prices are unbeatable! Second, service is above the rest. It is your traditional asian nail spot but they stand out from the rest when it comes to service and prices. Pedi’s are $ 20 and come with the traditional lotion leg rub as well a oil leg rub followed with a hot stone leg rub. And once ur done they top you off with a short lil shoulder/neck rub as a thank you! This place is the BEST nail place i’ve been to so far!
