Trainer Mike creates a fun atmosphere to work out in and he creates a workout plan based on your goals. I have seen tremendous results in the 6 months I’ve been working out with Trainer Mike. If you’ve been thinking about getting a trainer, Trainer Mike is your guy.

I had the opportunity to work with trainer Mike just a few weeks ago.
Somethings I really liked about his gym and services:
1. All he does is one on one training. Yes, often there are other people training at the same time, but he works everyone to their absolute limit. He’ll work with someone else while you rest between sets.
2. His focus is on overall fitness and health. Lots of clients were just trying to improve their overall fitness level.
3. Affordable. Good prices, well below area average.
Highly recommend for people looking for fitness for weight loss or need someone to hold them accountable to their fitness goals.

If you’re looking for someone to whip you into shape you have found him. Mike is motivating, encouraging, and tough on you all at the same time.
I came in almost a year ago basically out of shape and extremely overweight. That free first workout kicked my butt! Mike made me feel he could help me get into shape though and I never felt out of place like I feel in some big cold franchise gym.
I’m in the best shape of my life right now and that’s only getting better. Mike is a great guy and I know he cares about helping me reach my goals.
