Titan Restoration of Arizona has been serving the valley since 1998. With extensive knowledge and experience, we can handle any size or type of loss.

Russ Palmer began Floodpro in 1998 where he specialized strictly in structural drying. He became one of the region’s experts in top-​down drying. Many other restoration companies and insurance companies come to him for his expertise on large losses. In 2005, he bought Titan Restoration and became a full service restoration company, handling everything from small water losses to large commercial fires. With nearly 40 years of combined industry experience, our team of estimators, superintendents, and flood technicians are some of the best in the industry.

All of the emergency service jobs will be handled strictly by Titan Restoration of Arizona’s trained and certified technicians. We have a wide range of equipment that includes several desiccants, 3 thermobile heating units, 3 ozone machines, 17 hepafilters, 500 fans, and 80 dehumidifiers
