If you want a great conversation or amazing work on your computer, this is the place to go. He interacts you with and very funny. He recommended some parts to upgrade with me being a gamer but made me go home and check his work first to make sure he fixed my issue from first bringing my computer in to get fixed. I really loved how he did business and he shared many great stories about his travels and work. Always a great time in here and I will be back and will be recommending him to other friends/​gamers.

I came to his store in total distress and panic ‚

So this is my 3rd review of this place. Worst service ever. So add of the 25 th of September no battery no fan for my computer. To make matters worse and add insult to injury I was battery was special and comes from the factory. Ok but had the parts been ordered when I took it in I would have them! They could of even bought the parts at Frys or battery plus but no give me a break. Just another excuse to hold on to my money with no product to show for it and I can’t get a refund. So sad.

I visited here about 3 years ago. They have a fantastic selection of parts, but their service kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. I went looking for a very specific part after being referred by a nearby shop with fantastic service that didn’t have what I need. This shop also didn’t have the cable, but when I offered to show them the issue they quickly said, «As soon as we touch your computer it’s a $ 49 service fee. We’re not like other shops you may be familiar with». All I was trying to do was plug in the bad cable to show them my issue. The other shop spent 30 minutes working with me troubleshooting with various parts and didn’t charge me a dime. Sure, they lost some time with me, but when it comes time to refer friends and family to a shop, which one do you think I’ll refer them to? I realize that this industry has service fees, but seems like they could have not been so hard-​nosed about it. I repair computers myself and would love to have a local shop to buy parts from, but I’d have a hard time going back unless I really couldn’t find a part anywhere else.

They helped me purchase a gaming mouse that was not going to break the bank. I have been here a couple of times for some components but I have never really wrote a review so here is my first one. He was not just going for the high quick sale by telling me all the great things about the most expensive one but he showed me a better alternative at a much better price for me. I appreciate the honesty my man. Hope to bring in more business for you in the future.

Bought a laptop for my daughter here. The hard drive failed but luckily I had the warranty. I took it back for them to install the new hard drive, but found out later that they didn’t activate Windows. I called them and they said I’d have to bring it in or ship it (now living in California) because there is nothing they can do over the phone. All I needed was the product key. Luckily, I started taking the laptop apart and found the key sticker in the battery compartment. The activation is something that the tech should have done, or at least tell me to look for the sticker in other places. Seems like a way to get extra business from someone who doesn’t deal with computers much. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
By the way, there are 3 positive reviews. 41 negative reviews that fall under «not recommended» so they don’t show up initially and don’t affect the rating. Seems like these guys at least know how to manipulate Unilocal

The Wright PC is the best PC repair shop in AZ! My laptop is working great and they had it done in less than a day! As a college student I need my laptop on a dialy basis and being able to get it back so quickly was wonderful! All of the gentlemen who helped me were awesome.

My experience with Wright PC was absolutely the best! Gary and Kirk are complete experts. I was having everything with my computer go wrong, and Gary immediately knew my problems, and installed a new operating system, everything was great. I did have a problem ‚(not their fault) as I couldn’t find a copy of my printer driver!, Some 800 number man from India, I foolishly called, said I needed my computer repaired, as it had numerous «errors»!. I took it back to Gary, he almost yelled at me (I deserved it), said dont trust those 800 # people, he was right (wright). In 5 minutes he downloaded the correct drive, didn’t charge me anything, and my printer was talking to my computer just fine would never consider taking any computer problems to anybody else on the planet, Fast, Honest, Totally Smart, 5 Star treatment, Thanks,

Thank god I found this place! The owner, Kirk, is a computer expert. He knows everything and can fix anything. No more guessing with the no nothings at a big box store. Personal service! He also has sold me a couple of computers. All upgraded and at a better price that the big box stores. I go to the Wright PC for everything and I recommend them to everyone!

When I brought in my computer to have it diagnosed because of ongoing problems, I was very pleased with the service. Although my computer ended up being at the end of it’s days, Kirk applied the $ 100 I spent on diagnosis and repair, as well as a $ 100 trade in for my current computer, to a much better computer. I appreciate the great service and honest business practices.

(oh yeah… that happens plenty).

I popped a cap on my motherboard so dropped it off for repair. My eyes are bad and my hands shake to try and fix it myself. While I was there I decided to upgrade my DVD player to a Blu-​Ray read write. Wow what a difference, even with my bad eyes I can tell the difference in picture quality even with standard DVD’s. Customer since 1999 and I won’t go anywhere else. These guys are good and always do fast quality work at very reasonable prices.
